This performance of Liar on the Sheer Heart Attack tour was broadcast on German TV in 1975 on a program called Szene 75. Despite having no specified date, some clever fans have cross-referenced different photos of shows and venues from the tour to deduce that this performance likely takes place at the December 2nd Munich show. Considering that plus the fact that this footage was broadcast by the Bavarian public broadcaster makes it safe to say that Munich is the best bet until proven otherwise. For years, about a minute of this performance went unseen to the public. Due to the generosity of a collector we had come in contact with, we were not only given this performance, but were also given the permission to share it for the whole Queen fanbase to enjoy! This footage now continues beyond its original ending point. More of the guitar solo is included, along with brand new footage of the slave section and the ending section, albeit with some major trimming done for the broadcast. This is all of the footage of the performance that is known to exist. No remastering has been done to the footage or audio, but it looks like somebody who owned this copy before us tried to use a blur effect to hide a logo in the top left.
