It is! I think with Twitter and TikTok taking over everyone’s lives rumors spread quicker and people just don’t take the time to really think anything through before they just start believing it but in all honesty even before social media things just kind of spread like wild fire. I’ve had a few wild rumors spread about me but I think the one that got around the most was that I’m a homewrecker, or maybe the rumor that I was seeing Shawn Mendes a few months ago. Both rumors weren’t true but the internet still likes to think they are.

It’s crazy how easy it is to lie these days. Just make up some random story and make a TikTok about it, or Twitter thread, and the next thing you know, everyone’s buying into it. I tend to think it’s because their own lives are so empty, they need something to take up their time. Oh, I bet that homewrecker one was fun to deal with! How did you deal with them both? 

Wasn’t it? I just can’t believe people tried to make something out of generally nothing, but..isn’t that what they always do? Just because we’re in the same company and are friends, we must be romantically linked with some of them. It drives me nuts sometimes. Oh, of course he did! Taeyong and I laughed about it too, honestly. They never care about respect when they wanna publish a headline, right? Completely over it, and I’m still a dang rookie! You must be over it too~

Mountains out of molehills. Par for the course with the press. Used your phone? Must be dating X, Y or Z! And a married X, Y or Z too. Which is way worse. So rude. I can’t tell you how many times the girls have been linked with JYP Fam. It’s just so nuts. They were shocked when they found out about me and Daniel. This. If their story sells, they’re happy. Hey, at least you all laughed about it, and it didn’t make things awkward. Just you wait. They’ll likely hit you with even more ridiculousness as time goes on. The key is to ignore it and laugh it off. So over it. 

Shhh, don’t worry – your secret’s safe with me! We’re all allowed to have favorites every now and then, right? Mine always changes. Lately it’s been Ningning~ You really think so, unnie? That means a lot to me that you like it so much~ Performing’s so natural for you, I can tell and so can everyone else! It’s been so good, and so needed.

Makes sense it’s the youngest. Tzuyu is babied a fair bit, when she lets me. Yes! I really mean it~ I’m so happy to see how well this comeback’s doing. It couldn’t be more deserved, though. I love seeing you girls thriving. As you should be~ Oh, I love performing. My ass stuck around as a trainee that long, because this really is my dream. You coming home soon?

sana: aigoo, we love you~ but i love you most, obviously! 😤 you know that you could never keep those lips sealed with me!! not when i pout! we are pretty cute, aren't we? 🥰 i am, but we're in constant contact which makes it easier.

And somehow we’re  always last to hear about it , even. &  you know possibly not as’ wild’ as some, but more so an incident that involved a co-star and i having such an intense feud, that some  convinced themselves after that new’s broke that the majority of our scene’s together were green-screened due to us refusing to work together. I found it laughable, honestly. I will say, i just tend to not take part in unprofessionalism, so the rest was just taken so out of context, and you know what that can out in the wrong hands, even if their was a ‘tiny’ bit of truth, but not to that extent. I’m curious, what’s your version here ?

Someone’s always saying something about me so I got where I don’t care. What’s that saying, as long as they’re talking about me then I they’re talking about something good? I think that’s how it goes. I’m not sure, that I’m a sweet guy when I’m not sweet at all. I have a reputation to protect.

Oh, I don’t care about the rumours either. If they’re particularly ridiculous, I even get a chuckle out of them. Well, at least you see it as a positive! Oh, they’re implying you’re a really sweet guy, huh? Did that one come from exes? 

Tell me about it. I mean people threw out the rumor I was dating Jaehyun all because I was using my cellphone a lot like..where is the correlation? Second of all, the man’s married! With kids! Like..god forbid somebody use their phone a lot. But that one still baffles me – if you’re gonna start a rumor with me, at least don’t do it with somebody who’s married.

I remember this one! That was one of the most insane rumours I ever read. I couldn’t even believe they were implying that. But, you girls are always being linked to NCT. It seems to be their go-to with your groups. Even when there’s next to nothing to go on. Right? At least his husband knew it wasn’t even remotely true. I know, the levels of disrespect in that rumour. You must be so over the rumour mill. 

They are always talking about me. If it’s not the fan or should I say trolls then it’s my own coworkers. I think they worst one that wasn’t sexual was people saying I was faking a broken wrist because I didn’t want to wrestle.

I’ve heard similar ones about idols. That they were faking certain injuries to escape work, and it’s just so crazy to me. There’re probably better ways to get out of work. Your own colleagues, though? They really spread rumours about you?
