Sharing this for anyone that might be dealing with mental health problems, anxiety, eating disorders etc. Even if it is a minor thing and not an illness, I've been there. Still am. Keep your mind as healthy and relaxed as possible. I know how it is when you go through shit and no one can actually help you. The only thing that helps is people being by your side in those hard times. I'm forever grateful to my family and friends for being there for me. ❤ In these uncertain times, we need to be optimistic, look forward to the future after quarantine, set goals for ourselves and try to not let our own minds poison our thinking. We face our demons everyday (talking about depression and anxiety here) and even if we do the smallest things, we should congratulatr ourselves, because it's hard to do. And those who don't have it, won't understand what we're going through. So try to keep your head up high and be at peace with yourself.
