National Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities
Responsible in meeting the sales targets of the company.
Ensures productivity of sales team, compliance to rules & regulations and efficiency of sales operations.
Lead the sales team through continuous business review, strategic planning and execution.
Plans and implements various activities geared towards increasing market coverage, brand/product awareness and improving sales volume.
Provides feedback to management regarding market condition, competition and product performance.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): sales planning, territory management, sales team management, decision-making and leadership, presentation and communication
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Lipa City and to travel in different areas of the country.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
2. Regional Sales Supervisor (Region 3)
Job Responsibilities
Responsible in the attainment of the company’s sales target in the region.
Design and implement sales distribution strategies and programs.
Drive the growth of the business through effective management of the sales force.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Agriculture/Aquaculture, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of sales experience.
Strong leadership, negotiation and presentation skills
With excellent oral and written communication skills
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Region 3.
3. Area Sales Representatives – Southern Tagalog (2 positions)
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for promoting, selling, merchandising products and collecting payments, thereof.
Together with dealers, plans and implements various activities geared towards increasing market coverage, brand/product awareness and improving sales volume.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Agriculture major in Animal Science, or equivalent.
With solid selling experience. Background in feed industry a definite advantage.
Specialized in animal nutrition, production and farm management both in swine and poultry.
Can communicate well in oral and written form.
Driving skills
Willing to work long hours in the field in different areas of assignment.
4. Veterinary Extension and Technical Services VETS
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for attainment of targets in the maintenance of animal health, medication monitoring of farm performance, promotion of public health and advancement of medical knowledge.
Job Requirement
Licensed Veterinarian or graduate of Masteral Degree in Animal Nutrition
With experience on supervisory capacity in Sales and Nutrition
Specialized in Animal production, nutrition and farm management both in swine and poultry
Confident in public speaking and proficient in presentations
Willing to be assigned in different areas of operation
