This time we have to make persuasive speeches, these means we had have to change a belief, strong a belief or make someone change his point of view of something. I think we have did it well in general. I think we can improve by emphasizing more on what we want to be remember. I think I didn’t do as well as in the past speeches because I didn’t prepare the speech and neither did a correct research.

This week, we finish presenting the demonstrative speech and we started talking about the persuasive speech. 
Also, we saw some characteristics of the persuasive to start writing our persuasive speech. Also we saw some strategies to convince the audience depending on our topic. We started making our outlines and matrix presentations.

We saw some things we still have to improve in the speeches. We saw the main differences of the informative speech of the demonstrative speech. We did the surveys to chose our topic for the demonstrative speech. The topic of all speeches in the class had been chosen by the results of the surveys. Finally, we started with the outline, thesis statement, matrix and visuals. My team chose to talk about how to make brownies.

This week we learnt about the phisycal elementd of delivery in which the voice, patterns of speaking and the effective standars are include. For example the pronunciation, pitch, volume, dialect, clarity, correctness and others. Then we saw how to analyze your audience and how to make them love your speech. And finally we work on the informative speech, types and the five principles to achieve the speech goal.

What we had learnt this week was how to avoid or how to respond to some issues that can present on when giving our speeches such as facilities, clothing or presentation problems. We had to search some tips or advices to avoid this problems. Learning some tips can help us to give a best speech and also to have a better public image.

There are some many words that can be useful to make good presentations and also can be use in real life not only when we give a speech. 

In order to complete our classes, we make some exercises about the vocabulary to completely understand it. When we start using the vocabulary, it was easy for us to start the presentation, present a visual or to finish a speech. 

What I learnt this week was all about how to speak in public also the parts of comunication and how to make an interesting speech in which all the public can be involve. Two things good about the speeches were the information used and the volume of the voice. Two things that we can improve are the use of the corporal language and to memorize the speech for a better comunication between the speaker and the receiver.

This is what we learnt this week. Parts of speech and how to use them in a correct way and how to identify the run on sentences.
