Genuinely how do people not realize that your mental health holds impact on your relationships and even if you're not actively being toxic refusing to work on your mental health can and will still lead to a toxic relationship

Do any other systems just have this kind of loop with their protectors. One protector will become the "main" and start fronting very frequently (for us also becoming cohost) for a few months but then they just hit a breaking point. The exhaustion and everything is too much so they stop and eventually don't even front anymore
