UPDATE
Hi everyone, I’m really sorry for being so neglectful. In short, I’ve had a lot going on lately in my life but the main reason for my absence from yoga and this blog has been an injury I sustained in late August. I may have injured my hamstring initially but it turned into some nerve damage. I’ve finally been to a physiotherapist and have exercises I’m meant to do twice a day and hopefully this will correct the pain in my right leg. It’s so severe that I’m uncomfortable sitting in a chair for longer than an hour at a time. My new years resolution will be to begin stretching and practicing again. I will make a comeback hopefully. Hope everyone has a lovely end-of-year. xo
