Crow Variations |201122 - 231122
Yoga is a great way to practice balance for both body and mind - that's also true for our crows, that oh so lovingly demonstrate some variations of one of the more classic poses in its different levels of intensity and challenge: 01 | Daichi - The Crow 02 | Suga - The One Legged Crow 03 | Hinata - The Flying Crow 04 | Kageyama - The Side Crow
a progression
listen i know nobody on here rlly cares about this kind of thing, but i was NOT able to do this a couple months ago & i’m rlly proud of myself

This is the perfect pose to practice as we build up to other arm balances like Handstand and Firefly poses. Practicing crow also improves balance and deepens concentration and focus, while opening the hips

Working on crow pose 🙏🏻🧘🏼♀️
From yesterday. My hair was in a shocking state after an extremely hot and sweaty day (27°C all day!!), but my crow pose is coming along, slowly but surely! We had a pretty lazy day, took our lunch to the park and lay reading in the sun for a couple of hours, then came home and made pad thai for dinner and I had a lovely gin in the bath while Matthew was watching a live stream. Super grateful for a slow and sunny day 😊☀️
