While I loved the way they handled the deaths of the baddies, the reason why I'm overall disappointed with the ending is -
1. Why did the writers invest so much time in building Vincenzo's relationship with everyone at the Geumga plaza if they were going to leave him all alone in the end AGAIN?
2. The sudden change from comedy to dark screams inconsistency. I do appreciate the range but are you really telling me that a show that was capable of making a pigeon a hero in one ep cannot possibly give us a happy ending with Vince living in S Korea?
Why did they even show the Godfather promise bit between Mr Lee and Vince if they weren't even going to tie that plot together in the end?
I thought the whole point of the show was Vince rediscovering and accepting himself with the help of Geumga residents and Chayoung but I was clearly wrong I guess.
I have a really bad feeling that they're going to kill of Hanseo
Why else would they give him so many scenes suddenly in the last 2 episodes? The writers just want us to get emotionally invested with his character so that we can grieve over his death😑😑
I had mentioned how the intro of vincenzo has parallels to what happens in the episodes. yes the plots were on some degree under our noses, we were busy putting on clown make up. thats why we havent noticed

Summary:
The inconvenient thing about dying, Vincenzo thinks, is all the promises he’s going to end up breaking. So much for his promises to take care of the tenants of Geumga Plaza, or to get the gold out the basement, or to not let Hong Cha Young fight the long fight alone. The last one hurts the most, more than the shard of glass still lodged in his side or the hot lead in his leg or the countless bruises and scratches on his body or all of them, at once.
After the events of episode 16, Vincenzo is hurt. Cha Young comes to the rescue.

Am I the only one who noticed that the close up of Vincenzo's eyes were brought up twice in the twelfth ep. Once when he was pointing a gun at Jun woo, that's when his pupils dilated big time. And the second time when he was playing the forehead flick game with Cha young, that's when his pupils remained the same size.
Hate to break this but this means that Vincenzo still prioritises his work as a mafia more than Cha young 💔 Maybe this is the drama creators way of saying that Vincenzo will need more time to accept our cutie Cha young
