I didn't plan on writing about the references but there isn't much about it in english so I'd like to know if anyone would be interested in learning more about it. Please comment and let me know!

Hey! I made a new free Notion template for meal planning!
There's a daily view to see what you're eating today, a weekly view of your meal preping with 2 design options (list and table -- see bellow), grocery lists, a monthly view of your meals, your recipes and 2 worksheets to help you plan your meals:
Goal setting: to help you visualize your goals and make decisions that align with your goals. Are you trying to save time or money? Maybe manage weight or gain muscle?
What do I eat?: this is to help you decide which recipes you'll be trying this week (or fortnight, or month). What do you already have? What do you feel like eating?

See how it works:
You can use the side menu for navigation.
In the daily view you can edit today's menu. When creating new pages, the titles will fill up automatically, focus on adding your recipes.
There are 2 options for your weekly view. The first one is in list format, but it doesn't fit as many words on the recipes. In the second option, table, it fits a little bit more. Pick the best for you and delete the other one.
You can create a new page to create a preparation schedule without setting a meal date. When creating new pages, the titles will fill up automatically, focus on adding your recipes.
On the grocery list space, you can create your lists, set your budget and use a template to help you organize by clicking on "new grocery list".
Then, you have the monthly view, where you can plan your meals for the incoming days.
Click on "add an item". Don't mind naming it, just set the properties. You can click on "new meal" for a local grocery list, to help you build your grocery list.
In the "my recipes" section, you can manage your recipes and create new ones.
You can select "new recipes" for a template to help you organize.
Finally, at the end of the page, you can access the worksheets mentioned above and the full pages for your grocery lists, meal planning menus and recipes.
I left those recipes on the template for you, hope you get to enjoy them!
