I wanted to paint and also not do anything at the same time, so I was scrolling pinterest when I saw some photos of nebula and Milky Way and that was enough inspiration. I chose my colors and just shut my mind and started painting until I was satisfied. Weirdly, I like this painting a lot despite all its imperfections. Normally I hate to see the splash effects of the brush I used here but this time, I intentionally did not touch them.

There is something in the deep blue night, comforting and relaxing.
Part Two of my session. Just moving my hands, letting the colors turn into something.
Sometimes you feel lost between the two worlds. Overthinking, overwhelmed, stressed. I was there today. But seeing the sky between the night and day, sometimes there is a quiet beauty that takes away the heaviness off your shoulders.
This was a relaxation study, just letting the colors flow without overthinking the outcome. It was my art therapy session for today, so to say.
I’ve been trying to return to art for a long time. Motivation usually leaves the moment I pick up the pen. So I am really glad I managed to stay until this felt finished enough.

I finished this last night. I just wanted to roughly add colors, light and shadow and did not actually spend much time on details and I really love the outcome! Also be nice to crows, they are one of the best creatures this earth has.
I don't know why but Tumblr has been being really weird for the past few months. I have to try everyday to see if I can upload here. I painted this when I was really homesick for this weather and as I was painting it, a storm broke out! I hope there will be more storms now since we finally entered Autumn!

And here you can see my struggles while painting a simple sky. I am still not happy with the clouds on the bottom but I had to say "It is what it is" to keep my sanity to myself.

I have been trying to share my work here but Tumblr has been really slow and weird, so I decided to wait until it was better.
This is something I painted in late July after a little bit time on Pinterest and I was really inspired by those fairycore sky photos there.
I finished this last night. I just wanted to roughly add colors, light and shadow and did not actually spend much time on details and I really love the outcome! Also be nice to crows, they are one of the best creatures this earth has.
I was going to participate in Inktober this year but I wanted to continue something I left unfinished almost 10 years ago. It is a story that I want to turn into a book and publish, so I will be focusing on finishing it.
Therefore I wanted to paint this today, a very important flower from my story.
My second day prompt Daisy! This time I wanted to try animating the fairy lights for the first time and it was difficult. But the more difficult part was getting it into some kind of a loop because the video I exported kept being 1 second long no matter what.
Now I can work on my next two prompts Moth and Mushroom. I will combine these two and it will probably take longer than I think but I am excited for it.

This pixel animation took much longer than expected ( I'm behind on Inktober prompts and haven't posted a single, I'm sorry ), but I am happy with my little isometric style ghost booty!

My first prompt for Inktober 2024, Newt / Lizard. Here is an adorable assistant that almost made me cry with its cuteness as I was painting this. His name is Sprig. And I couldn't help but include birches again, they are my favorite.
It was a lot of pain, I finished it in one sitting. I could not even walk afterwards but it is definitely worth it.
I am a bit late to celebrate Autumn's arrival but here is an enchanted birch forest in Autumn. Finally it is my favorite season again and I am so excited! And soon it is Inktober again, I hope to participate every day with a nature themed prompt list.
