She worries that she is getting in the way of what I need or want to accomplish.  She will never be in my way.  This is just a different way than what I was doing or thought I would be going in.  She is not in the way; she is the way; we are our way.  That’s what life is: we find people; we lose people; we keep people; we leave people behind; all the choices we make, or are made for us, are nothing more than placing one foot in front of the other.  Wishing you were doing something else is like wishing you had more feet.
