Janus focuses on self-care, and encouraging Thomas to do things that might feel selfish in order to take care of himself.

Logan wants Thomas to do chores so he has a better quality of life. He also pushes for Thomas to do things to distract himself from intrusive thoughts and take care of his mental health in WTIT.

They both just want what is best for Thomas, they wnat him healthy and happy and safe. Sure, the other sides do as well, but Thomas's overall wellbeing is what matters the most to them.
