I sprained my wrist while mountain biking on a curvy track a couple of days ago, and my friend saw it in 4K lmaoo, here’s her testimony

“Oh my gosh, it was so funny! You were going fine along the track and suddenly you stopped and flipped over your bike, then landed on your left—“ “no, it was my right” “—oh, your right then. Then there was this huge cloud of dust and you sat up and yelled ‘I’M OKAY!’ while throwing your uninjured hand up in the air in a thumbs up and then fell over” *inserts maniacal laughter from both of us*

So yeah my right wrist is bandaged up now and it hurts slightly to rotate but honestly mountain biking was absolutely awesome and I loved it
