Some days you have to get out there and work! I think motivational quotes, posts and ideas are great to share but where the hard work! . Never be ashamed of working hard, working long hours or doing what others refuse todo it will always come back and reward you no matter how many set backs you have. . In these 2 photos, both were 12 hour days that our team have put in to change their lives at home and people around them. . You will always get praised in public for what you do in private. . If you don’t get that praise then maybe a change of environments needed. . We don’t get stopped by burnout or poor excuses about this problem and that problem in the way .
