Ya Know, Stuff

Hi there, I'm Casi, I'm a disabled enby who is the sole caregiver for my elderly disabled mother. We are Homeless, and staying in a hotel because it is the safest option for us. Theres no shelters anywhere accessible, we have no family that could put us up, and the county sheriffs will arrest you if they find you on the streets or camping in the desert. We dont even have a car to live in. We have no transportation and no other options.

She has chronic bronchitis and severe arthritis and has difficulty breathing and walking, I have chronic pain and autoimmune issues as well as HS which are all flaring up badly right now[comorbiditys a bitch and stress + cold doesnt help hahahahaha].

Currently Moms SSI is our only stable income, and it only goes so far. I do sell my art and am looking for stable work but, as of 9am Dec. 9th, we're flat broke with nothing substantial expected to come in this month.

We have all our medications and the necessary supplies for the month, and our food stamps are good today so we will have food covered, the sole worry is the big one, keeping a roof over our heads.

The room is paid for until Tuesday the 16, it costs $72 a night, $557 a week.

Literally anything that anyone could spare to help us is so incredibly appreciated, even $1 helps, a reblog especially helps because the more people who see this the more likely someone who can afford to help us will see it.

The beginning of this month hasn't been Quite as hard as last month. Financially abusive sister managed to get $75 from Moms first check but I got all of the second one.

As of 11AM Wednesday the 5th, we have the room paid for until Friday the 7th, I've got all our medications, some food that I hope to stretch as far as I can and have enough left to pay for 4 more days [which I think gets us to the 11th(?)].

I've finally got Moms Chronic Bronchitis calmed back down to a manageable place [chronic illness is such a bitch] without having to take her to the hospital but now my HS is in a Flare up and I've also got this Brain Fog thing happening thats kind of scaring me... Also, it's my birthday on the 19th. It would be nice to not have to stress quite so hard this month.

I have art for sale on my Redbubble and in my Ko-Fi shop, if anyone is interested in that. I'm trying to figure out how to do commissions with the tools[and skills lol] I have.

I know how hard things are out there for everybody and it's not getting easier for anyone but please know that Literally any amount of support is so incredibly appreciated and needed. Even a reblog helps immensely because the more people who see this the more likely someone who can afford to help will see it.

As some of you who've been following me and Moms Homelessness Saga for a while now probably know, I have a financially abusive sister who has the info for the Debit card that Moms SSI and SSDI come on, and she steals from her regularly.

Well. She stole $100 off the card on the 1st before I got to the ATM and then because she herself gets paid on the 2nd and because mom and i have a Killer flu and werent thinking straight we just didnt even think about her second check until we were getting ready for bed on the 3rd and

there was only $293 left of a $600 check.

We have the room paid until Tomorrow and have enough money for Two Days. I genuinely dont know what to do.

If anyone has anything they could potentially send our way, it would be a genuine lifesaver at this point.
