Today, Thursday, January 21, 2021. I understand why the presence of family and friends are important in adolescence because they will guide you in the right path. Friendships are really important during adolescence. They will help young people like us feel a sense of acceptance and belonging. Relationships with peers support the development of compassion, caring, and empathy.

Today, Wednesday, January 20, 2021. I learnt that we should really prioritize taking care our mental and physical health before dealing with other matters because taking care of our your bodies is a good way in relieving stress, which boosts our self confidence. It also reduces the chance of having depression and anxiety. Also Helps Develop a Stronger Work Ethic and Stability.

Today, Tuesday, January 19, 2021 I realized that being shy and sensitive person and having a poor skill in socializing with others does not mean you are failure as a person. I know there is alway a room for improvements for myself with the help of my family and few close friends. And I will keep trying my very best to be open from others stem by step.

Today, Monday, January 18, 2020. I realized that having a self awareness makes you a bolder and stronger as an individual. And accepting others criticism in a positive way will help to complete the missing puzzles in your self development and will help you to become a better person. And accepting your flaws instead of magnifying them will also help you to create a healthy environment of yourself, and you will begin to nurture yourself in all the right ways.
