I don’t know, I don’t even know what DJ can do. Its bad enough my therapist prescribed me medicine for my depression and panic attacks, which is for whenever I need them but its fine because I am fine.

Parks, meds as needed isn’t a bad thing, just means every once in a while your body doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. Which is perfectly normal. There’s nothing wrong with not being okay every now and again, and there’s certainly nothing wrong with admitting you need that help. You’re not alone, Parks.

So… long time no talk, everyone. I’m not feeling great, just hanging by a thread. If anyone can find me some motivation, that’d be amazing. I currently am about to sell the restaurant at this point and curl up in a hole and never come out.
