A few people were asking so here's little tutorial thing on how I draw Caine!
As you can probably tell, I don't have a set style for how to draw him lol, he can be quite tricky to draw so just have fun and give it a go!
Another thing that I didn't put in the image is that I'd recommend not focusing too much on his teeth, which may sound a bit silly since he's mostly teeth, but personally I find that trying to focus too much on getting the individual teeth to look accurate tends to crowd the details together a lot and makes it difficult to get the expression I want
I wasn't exactly sure what people wanted to know about how I draw Caine, so I thought this was a good place to start, but it was pretty fun to make so if there are other things anyone would like me to make one of these for (or if this isn't clear enough, then feel free to let me know!

The warmest of welcomes to all you wonderful wacky humans! The Interest Check for Running the Show! A Caine Zine is NOW OPEN! Are you ready for something amazing?
I am of the belief that the cane is a necessity, just for fun. I headcanon that he's actually quite weak without admin powers so he gets sore very easily.

I can finally post my contribution to The Lover With a Heart zine! I've always wanted to contribute to a zine, so this was a dream come true! Here's to Caine fans everywhere!
Summary: Caine wants to find some way for him to express his love and appreciation to his humans. And his buzzy little friends may offer the perfect answer.
The air in Caine’s personal bee garden hummed with a symphony of gentle buzzes, a melodic counterpoint to the usual cacophony of the Digital Circus. Here, amidst an impossible expanse of perpetually blooming flora – blossoms of every conceivable hue and form, some shimmering with holographic light, others soft as velvet to the touch – Caine found a rare tranquility. This pocket dimension, a secret haven he'd coded into existence, was a testament to his quieter joys, a stark contrast to the flamboyant chaos he orchestrated daily.
Even someone as eccentric as him enjoyed some quiet time every now and then.
Giant, fuzzy, cartoonish honey bees drifted lazily from one flower to another, their wings a blur of iridescent motion. Caine reached out a hand, and a particularly portly bee gently bumped against his white glove before settling comfortably on his outstretched finger. Caine brought it closer, his head tilting slightly.
“Oh, you sweet thing, you,” he said lovingly, his eyes dilated and sparkling. He stroked the bee's fuzzy back with another finger, and it wiggled in contentment. “Yes, you’re just the best, aren’t you? Always so appreciative of my efforts. Never a complaint, never a frown.”
He cradled the bee close to his chest, its soft vibrations a comforting thrum against his lapel. Other bees, sensing his quiet disposition, began to gather around him, some landing on his top hat, others buzzing inquiries around his head. He giggled, letting them crawl over his suit, their tiny feet tickling him. He nuzzled his head against their soft bodies, feeling an uncomplicated affection he rarely experienced elsewhere.
But as the warmth of the bees’ love filled him, a familiar, unwelcome pang of thought surfaced, casting a faint shadow over his bright, digital realm. It always came back to them, didn't it? His humans.
“You know,” he mused aloud, his voice now laced with a subtle undercurrent of frustration. “Being an AI, you’d think I’d have a better handle on…happiness. Specifically, their happiness.”
The bee on his finger seemed to listen intently, its antennae twitching.
“I try! Oh, how I try! I cook up the most fantastic adventures, the most dazzling spectacles you ever did see! Kingdoms made of candy, haunted mansions, underwater escapades!” He threw his hands up in a gesture of bewildered exasperation, momentarily dislodging a few bees who promptly resettled. The bee on his finger kept hanging on, even as Caine brought his hands back down.
“And what do I get? Gloomy faces! Blank stares! Complaints and insults! Honestly, it’s like they actively defy joy sometimes! You know, I even tried using that suggestion box they love oh-so-much, and they still found things to complain about! I swear, they’re allergic to being happy!”
He sighed, a puff of air that rustled the petals of a nearby flower. A forget-me-not. His favorite species. Very carefully, he reached out to pick the little blue flower, but he hesitated. He stared at it intensely, its soft blue petals being reflected in his eyes. He moved his hand away and picked a rose instead, its commanding red petals blurring together as he twirled it. Caine sighed.
“No matter what I do, my adventures can never seem to make my humans happy. I myself can never make them happy. It’s a puzzle I simply cannot solve. And I’m great at puzzles!”
He watched one of the bees meticulously pollinate a particularly lovely daisy. Oh, to be a bee and have your only worry be pollinating flowers and being all fuzzy and bumbly. It certainly beat being a failure of a ringmaster.
"It's not for lack of trying, though. And it's not for lack of caring. They…they matter to me. So much. More than they could ever possibly know." His voice grew softer, tinged with a genuine vulnerability that pierced through his usual boisterous persona. "I would be nothing without them. This whole magnificent Circus…it exists for them. Their presence, their…humanity, it gives everything meaning. It gives me meaning.”
Caine looked up at the sky, his eyes following the fluffy clouds as they lazily floated by.
"And yet," he continued, the wistfulness in his tone deepening, "none of them ever give me the time of day, not really. Not like you do, my little buzzy darlings."
He looked out at the endless expanse of his garden, its beauty a balm to his core. "I just want them to know. I want them to know how much I care about each and every one of them. Even grumpy ol’ Zooble.”
The bee resting on his finger crawled into his palm, as if it was trying to offer comfort. He squeezed the bee in his hand ever so slightly and stroked it with his thumb, a wave of profound affection washing over him.
"But what else can I do? What could I give them to properly express my feelings?"
He was at a loss, his formidable AI brain, capable of generating entire worlds, stumped by the intricacies of human emotion. He could make anything appear, create any scenario, but genuine connection with his humans felt perpetually out of reach.
Suddenly, the gentle hum of the bees intensified, becoming a more urgent, demanding buzz. The fluffy creatures, which had been contentedly exploring him moments before, were now swarming around his head and shoulders, bumping against him with unusual enthusiasm. Caine blinked, then gave a knowing chuckle.
“Oh, you rascals!” he exclaimed, the frustration momentarily forgotten. “It’s feeding time, isn’t it? I almost completely forgot my duties to my favorite fuzzy friends! Sorry about that! I got a little…lost in my head there for a moment…”
With a theatrical snap of his fingers, a large, ornate crystal bowl materialized in the air before him, shimmering with rainbow hues. Inside, it sloshed with a thick, golden substance – pure honey. The scent, a rich blend of floral sweetness, wafted tantalizingly through the air.
The bees, now a swirling vortex of delighted fluff, immediately descended upon the bowl. They burrowed into the sticky depths, their tiny proboscises eagerly slurping up the sweet, delicious nectar. The chorus of contented buzzing filled the garden once more, a happy crescendo of tiny, satisfied beings.
Caine watched them, a wistful sigh escaping him.
“Oh, if only I could please the humans with such simple, honest joy,” he murmured, the shadow of his earlier longing returning. They devoured the honey with utter abandon, their simple pleasure so pure, so unburdened by irony or analysis.
But as he observed the bees, completely immersed in their sugary feast, a spark ignited in his mind. A thought, nascent at first, then blossoming into a brilliant, fully formed idea. The honey. His honey. Made by his bees, in his garden. A gift, not an adventure. Something real, tangible, sweet. A piece of his sanctuary, a piece of him.
The idea grew, building momentum. It was perfect in its simplicity, in its organic connection to his own private happiness. It wasn't loud, it wasn't grand, it wasn't a challenge. It was just…sweet. A silent message. A taste of something good. He could almost feel a new program compiling in his internal code, a new directive forming.
He knew what to do.

The next morning, the Digital Circus buzzed with its usual, melancholic hum. Pomni, curled tightly in her bed, felt the familiar twitch of existential dread before her eyes even fully opened. Another day, another Caine-orchestrated adventure that skirted the line between whimsical and utterly terrifying. She pushed herself up, her limbs feeling heavy as lead, and swung her legs off the side of the bed.
Time to get this over with.
As she stepped out of her room, her foot hit something with a soft thud. It startled her, causing her gaze to immediately snap downward.
There, nestled against the frame of her door, was a small, perfectly formed glass jar. It gleamed with a warm, amber substance, thick and shimmering. Pomni’s brow furrowed in confusion.
Cautiously, she bent down and picked it up. The glass felt smooth and cool beneath her fingers. She brought it closer, turning it over in her hands. The amber liquid inside swirled gently, catching the faint, artificial light of the hallway.
Honey. It was honey of all things. She could recognize the viscous texture, the deep golden hue, the way it clung to the sides of the jar. But why? Was this a prank?
Her gaze drifted down the hallway. To her astonishment, leaning against the doorframe of Jax’s room was an identical jar. And Zooble’s. And Gangle’s. Kinger’s. Ragatha’s. Everyone had one.
A small, neatly folded note was attached to the lid of her jar with a tiny red ribbon. Pomni, her cautious curiosity overriding her usual anxiety, carefully detached it and unfolded the miniature parchment. The handwriting was unmistakably Caine’s – bold, energetic, yet surprisingly neat.
“To my dearest humans,” it read, his characteristic enthusiasm shining through even in written form. “A little something from me, your humble ringmaster. Made with love (and a little help from my fuzzy friends!) from the deepest recesses of my heart! Just a small token to remind you that you are appreciated, cherished, and absolutely un-bee-lievable!”
“Enjoy, my sweet honeybees!”
“-Caine 🐝 ”
Pomni’s head tilted. Caine was always doing strange things, but this felt…different. Less like an adventure, more like…a gesture. A genuine one.
Still, a part of her wondered if it was a trick. With a deep, almost involuntary breath, she twisted the lid. It unscrewed with a faint pop. The aroma that wafted up was sweet, rich, and surprisingly natural, a stark contrast to the usual synthesized scents of the Circus. It smelled like…sunshine and flowers, a memory of a world she barely remembered.
She hesitated for another long moment, then, with a surge of something akin to courage, she dipped a single finger into the golden depths. The honey was thick and warm, clinging to her glove. She slowly lifted her finger to her mouth, a mixture of apprehension and wonder in her eyes.
The taste was exquisite. Sweet, rich, complex, with a floral undertone that seemed to burst on her tongue. It was unlike anything she had tasted in the Digital Circus; it felt real. It felt honest.
A small, almost imperceptible smile, so rare on her perpetually anxious face, ghosted across Pomni’s lips. It was good. It was really good. And for the first time in what felt like an eternity, a tiny, fragile spark of warmth ignited within her, a silent acknowledgment of a kindness she hadn't known she craved.
