Sometimes, she says things that I initially believe are mere fabrications but to my surprise, they were true ... (at times her words force me to get us out of that place.)
On another note, she seems to be constantly bored, even when she has a lot of unfinished tasks throughout the day. when we're apart, she never fails to remind me of this through text messages. I'm at a loss as to how to address this issue but it has almost become a normal part of my life.
Despite her quirks, Nirvana is involved in a wide array of activities, and she excels in many of them. Whether it's playing the violin, writing poetry, or cooking, she brings a unique perspective and innovative ideas to everything she undertakes. Well, here's an interesting thing that happened yesterday, one that I never anticipated in such a situation. We were right in the middle of an experiment, and she kept on showing off all the things she was deducing and the information she was gatheringI was exhausted, but I made an effort not to let it show in my demeanor. In the middle of her work, she casually asked me for a glass of water. Without any objections, I went and fetched the glass. when I returned, she abandoned her experiment and started making deductions about me. she claimed that "I went without asking any questions, for something that wasn't necessary and shouldn't have been bothered with, thus implying that I was bored and tired" .
Firstly, let me inform you that I'm going to post all the deductions I made about you (well, maybe not all of them) in our first meeting as soon as I finish my work.
Now, about the deduction I made yesterday about that glass of water; I think I can even explain it further. I noticed that you were exhausted while working in the lab, so I âcasuallyâ asked you - as you mentioned (do I really ask you favours regularly?) something to do.
But how did I draw the conclusion that you were bored and tired?
I observed your walking pace; slower and more relaxed than usual. You took your time to fill that glass with water.
That glass was brimful of water. You never fill my glass full to the brim. Conclusion? You dawdled.
Did you resist? No.
Did you ask any questions? No.
Why? You wanted to get out of the lab and come back as late as possible.

Culturing Bacteria in a Petri dish With Agar; an experiment/observation
Today's post is quite different from the usual;
So, we had to do a project in the educational institution I study in; Which was growing bacteria in a Petri dish with agar.
Today, the results came in, but our professor insisted that we have to throw the dishes in the bin. I didn't give up there; after talking to her for a short amount of time, she accepted that I can take the dish with me to my flat, and have a look at it with microscope.
I still cannot comprehend why other students were disgusted by them; they are beyond wonderful.
Allow me to explain this astonishing journey:
What exactly is agar?
Well, agar, derived from the minute aquatic organism known as seaweed or algae, specifically the types Gelidium or Gracilaria, is a widely employed gelling agent. Found abundantly in the coastal regions of East Asia, particularly Japan and South Korea, it undergoes a process of cleaning and extraction to obtain agar in its usable forms of dry strips, flakes, or powdered consistency.
Now, when it comes to the realm of cell and bacterial culture, agar assumes a pivotal role as a solidifying and gelling medium within culture media. Its remarkable gel-forming properties allow for the creation of a three-dimensional matrix, offering an ideal environment for the growth and sustenance of cells and bacteria alike. Nutrients and metabolites find efficient transfer within this agar-based culture medium, while its structural integrity ensures the confinement of cells to designated areas.
Agar's utilization in cell and bacterial culture provides a multitude of advantages, including its ease of implementation, stability, and facilitation of cell separation procedures. The versatility of agar finds application in diverse fields, from microbiology to biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
Bacteria can be found on any surface, anywhere.
I decided to pick them up from my shoe soles.
After extracting bacteria from the soles of the shoes, I cultured them in an agar-containing Petri dish. After one week, I observed bacterial and fungus growth in this environment. Here are some images I captured with my microscope:

Hello again. Well, it seems I've entered into a little game with Nirvana, who has challenged me to deduce the origins of a coat. I must admit, I have no doubt she is the winner. Nevertheless, here's what I've observed:
The coat in question is a small pink one, adorned with a flower design along its seams. It's undoubtedly meant for a child.
Upon closer inspection, I noticed various dirt stains on different parts of the coat. Judging by the nature of these stains, it appears that the coat either fell onto the ground or was dragged for some distance.
Based on the brand, 361 degrees, it's evident that the child comes from a family with a relatively comfortable financial situation.
Curiously, I found a few long strands of golden-brown hair inside the hat of the coat (so she is a girl).
Additionally, the height at which the coat was hung suggests that it was placed out of reach for a child of their age. This implies that the child either left it somewhere or lost it, and someone else found it and hung it up.

Today, while sitting on a bench with my colleague in the park, my attention was drawn to a child's jacket that had been left hanging on the wooden bars in the playground.
I convinced her to come and have a look at it. All the children were gone, and there was no one around⌠It certainly wouldn't hurt to have a closer look!

I can name the story of that day as the first day when nirvana and I started working together professionally.
We went to one of the chemistry labs to conduct an experiment with iodine, which is now posted on nirvana's website(@deducter). During the test, we were under pressure from all sides, our time was limited because after the test we had to immediately run to the meeting we were invited to, and on the other hand, the first test was not very reliable, but it was possible to succeed after several tests and changing the angle. Unfortunately, it required a lot of patience, meanwhile we had to look for an acceptable excuse to justify our late arrival to the meeting.
I remember the first time the test didn't work and we had little time left, but still we accepted the risk and repeated the test again, this time with the new idea of nirvana, which was very wonderful and unique, our test was successful ! The only problem that remained, and was now the main problem, was not having a logical excuse. After considering some strange and abstract ideas, we finally agreed on the acting of the sprained ankle, and for a better effect, we limped to the meeting for a long time, but unfortunately, after we reached the meeting, a large part of it was gone and there was no supervisor in front of the entrance. We quietly moved to a row of seats in the back and sat down. It was somehow meaningless for us to show up, but we did anyway.
