VIRTUAL TGIF/F - Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August 2026

We're thrilled to announce a brand new, 100% online fan convention with a schedule build on your ideas - just like our in-person experience!

REGISTER NOW

Programming will include discussion panels, watch parties, and fun group events that cater to a wide range of interests and interaction styles. And there'll be plenty of time to socialize and meet new friends.

We've designed timings to work for all North American timezones, and we hope that our friends around the world will also be able to pop in!

Virtual TGIF/F is a complement to our in-person con, aiming to:

strengthen our community

provide opportunities to engage and connect

open the doors to more femslash-loving folks around the world

We have created an info page for the FaberryCon 10-year reunion on the TGIF/F website, with all the info we have about the event so far. We've also opened registration! Full passes for the weekend are $60, purchasable in the TGIF/F store after you register.

We appreciate folks getting registered soon if you're sure you're coming, as it will help us ask for enough sleeping rooms with the hotel. If your plans change, we can issue refunds until June 30th. More info on our site!

Thank you to everyone who filled out our interest form to weigh in on dates! We're thrilled at the response and the fact that we have a weekend that works for almost everyone who chimed in.

This week, a very special LIVE episode of This Week In Fandom History, recorded at the 10th anniversary TGIF/F (TGI Femslash) con in San Pedro, CA! Emily was not able to attend, so V is joined for the recording by wonderful cohost-in-law Mia from Fan Girl Film Club.  The last 40 minutes are shares from TGIF/F attendees about what the con has meant to them over the years, and they are truly not to be missed. So special, so vulnerable, so queer, so fandom. If nothing else, listen to these -- and start saving to come to TGIF/F in 2027. It's a place like none other. This week, Emily and V discuss the absolutely pie-in-the-sky delightful FaberryCon, a long-running convention dedicated to Quinn Fabray/Rachel Berry in the Glee fandom, a noncanonical femslash ship. Then, even more delightfully, after the end of Glee, the conventioneers transformed the experience into @tgifemslash, a multi-fandom, ship-neutral, femslash convention OF DREAMS that is still ongoing! We take a look at the absolute pinnacle of con panel planning, cute vidshows, and why a small, niche audience is almost always better than trying to please everyone.
