I made some soup today!

Here's the recipe :

▪ a little bit of oil to cook the vegetables

▪ 1 onion

▪ 2 cups of carrot

▪ 2 cups of celery

▪ one red bell pepper

▪ 6 to 8 cloves of garlic

▪ 1 can (28oz) of diced tomatoes

▪ 1 can (14oz) of tomato sauce

▪ 12 cups of vegetable broth (I mixed 12 cups of water with 8 tablespoons of bouillon concentrate)

▪ 1 can of mixed beans (19oz)

▪ about 4 cups of cook barley (I precooked in my instant pot : 1.5 cup of barley with 3 cups of water, pressure cook for 25min and I added it to the soup)

Hello guys, I wanted to share with you my homemade laundry detergent recipe. I've been using it for a few months now with my front load HE washing machine, I also live in a place with hard water and I never had any problem with this detergent, quite the opposite actually, my clothes feel way softer than they used to be!

Ingredients :

• One bar of castile soap

• 2/3 cup of baking soda

• 2 cups of washing soda

• 2 cups of borax

You can use essential oils but I prefer keeping mine odorless

You'll have to grate the bar of soap with a cheese grater and once it's all grated put it in a food processor with the 2/3 cup of baking soda and pulse it till it become a fine powder.

Pour the baking soda and soap powder into a mason jar or container and add the 2 cups of washing soda and 2 cups of borax, close the lid of the container and shake it till everything is well mixed together. Use one table spoon per load
