anyway inspo (if you can call it that)

so my thought process was that this is a very emotional and new time with lots of change for romance i mean he just went from disney and dragons to first dates and heartbreak so he’d probably really try exploring that through his music and fashion. i tried to give him kind of a romantic royal goth thing like if a disney prince was a closeted vampire kinda vibe. it’s still red but a little maroon-ish because he IS dramatic

and the songs are just songs that c!thomas would’ve listened to at the time that would really resonate with roman. while virgil’s focused on more of the high energy pop punk songs, roman would’ve listened to like the grand love ballads and epic, dramatic storytelling to mirror his own feelings about less time for dreams and young love. this is just the sheet music. im kind of a novice when it comes to sheet music and transcriptions but i tried to fit all these songs together in an arc the best i could and i wanted to make it look like a vocal sheet for our favourite theatre nerd:

now to explain what i did here. in terms of the character design i was very inspired by his embarassing phases emo look and also the early 20s look so i kinda mashed them together and also gave him a sweater/cardigan because he had it for a long time!! in terms of what this is basically it’s the light side fridge during c!thomas’ emo phase, and also patton’s birthday. roman and logan got him a card, a framed fridge magnet photo and there’s a little playlist whiteboard thing which i just thought was cute. yes i know this was supposed to be patton’s thing but the family just weaselled their way in there. the songs i did choose mostly off of vibes but tell me he wouldn’t listen to dad rock. you can’t.

ok details time!

kinda wanted to nerf him with this sheldon cooper fit because it’s thomas’ teen years! he gets to be a little relaxed. a button up and a full sleeve is basically every nerds interpretation of a casual fit anyways. the white shirt was just to make him look a LITTLE bit like a scientist in a lab coat because dress for the job you want (chemical engineering), not the job you have. also gave him those bayonetta glasses because i mean come on. we got different glasses during the early 20s i am allowed. they’re a little skewed though, and he kinda looks pissed. wonder why…
