Ashamed of My President
        I really wish that people would get their heads out of their asses and realize what is really important. Stop thinking about number 1 all the time and be a human. Stop hoping for peace and do something about it, stop blaming administrations and be the one to take care of business. People are dying. Does that mean anything to anyone? Or does it have to come as a threatening “message” in video form of taking a human life? Apparently neither the former nor the latter is enough to wake up the White House. This isn't a time for propaganda or for “respecting other viewpoints.” These people want to kill us and they will.  British Muslim activist Anjam Choudary has now openly stated on two cable news networks that Sharia is the “best way of life” and that one day “it will come to America.” (Noble, 2014) We have zero leadership in this country and we are destined for chaos. The only thing there is to do is to educate ourselves and to realize that this is serious and it needs to be talked about. Instead of tweeting about the Brangelina wedding, raise awareness about what really matters. People need to speak up and stop brushing this under the rug. This isn't about being polite and refraining from talking about politics, this is beyond politics. It’s human life. Or has this concept become so pixelated in our brains as to keep us from realizing its reality?
               The lack of leadership is pitiful, disgusting and shameful. Yes I’m sure a strategy must be super difficult to construct when you have access to the most brilliant military minds in the world but choose to ponder it a bit more on the links. If you still stand behind this president I do not respect you and I will let you know it.  And if you agree with me I advise you to do the same.Â
        In summary, i'm not really sure which is more disgusting, Isis, our lack of leadership and the people who stand by it, or the fact that we are so desensitized to this behavior as to actually care to bring up another topic.
We need to start seriously thinking about what we want in life, if we want to get married and have kids before we’re 30, or climb the ladders of our dream job.
