How to deal with Mental Breakdown?🤔
Mental breakdown is one of the social issues we have in common. Mostly educational and academics performance cause the students to feel down or depressed. Usually stress, depression and anxiety are associated with decrease in grades which effects ones mind or inner self. Most common reasons for stress, depressions and other psychological problems are time stress, failure, tough competition, insecurities, pressure, and break ups.
If a person is experiencing mental breakdown all you have to do is Recognize things in your life that are out of your control. Try to differentiate between controllable and uncontrollable things. Feelings like you have no control over your life is stressful, so try to acknowledge what you cannot change and focus on what you can change instead. Next is to Pay attention to your emotions, worries, and reactions and share them with others. Be more open of your feelings and talk to someone you feel like you can trust. It is never a problem to talk to someone, it is a way of expressing and letting all your frustrations out. And last, practice self-love and allow yourself to be enough and accept your own flaws and think positively. Keep in mind that no matter what you do or how you do it, there is always room for improvement.
Problems like stress, depression and anxiety are serious issue not only for students but also for everyone and we should always protect ourselves from getting a serious and stressful problem. One must be ready to ask for support of his/her family or friends for help. Before helping others, help yourself first and focus on things that are more important rather than thinking about problems and downfalls.
