Each and every one of us was born with a gift. I wholeheartedly believe that. Some of us are meant to use our gift to lead. Some of us are meant to use our gift to love. Some of us are meant to use our gift to encourage. Some are meant to bring peace. Some were meant to listen. The list goes on... It's your gift, use it, do not be afraid of it. In fact, love it. You might tell me you don't know what your gift is. Wrong. You do. We ALL know what our power and our light is, we just need to give ourselves permission to shine it brighter. Yes, someone might turn away from your light. Someone else might even try to turn it off. Guess what? That's ok. Because they, obviously, don't need your gift, or are afraid of your gift. Know this: *It is not your responsibility to make them accept it.* Learning to love YOU, for who you are means accepting that not everyone will love you. It means being vulnerable and putting you into the world, accepting that when you are authentic, you will take a hit...and that's ok. Because your love light is so bright nothing can dim it. Love on friends. Love. On. #chooseyou #beyou

Listen. What does your gut say? So many times I ask myself this Throughout the day And what I hear May not be what I want Yet, I must say; yes dear For my intuition Is always so loud and instinctively clear. #thelittlethingsiseeremindmeofme {a personal project an #iphoneonly pic and a #poem}

It started as an idea sitting on the side of soccer field watching my girl practice when my brain asked me: “How can you help women #chooseyou?” The answer was clear: Empowering them to be creative. You see, I believe creativity is the door to the inner workings of every woman’s beautiful soul. {Sometimes we just need someone to help us kick the door out} Being creative looks different feels different acts different for everyone, Yet, as Brene Brown says, Creativity flows from the head, to the heart, to the hand {It releases you in a way that replenishes you.} These past 6 weeks of my first #chooseyou {The Online Class} have replenished my soul and my heart, releasing me into a joyful, grateful place. The women who have journeyed with me, deep inside their own creatively beautiful souls have taught me about Grace, Humility, Power, Strength and Love. {so much love} Here’s a sneak peek at one of my assignments from the course… (join me in the next course!)
