James R. Wilson, just a man, with a passion for food & photography. I have spent years in the Food industry in hopes to become one of those guys you see on the Food Network or in a 5 star restaurant. I have yet to live that dream. Now, as a Kitchen Manager in NYC, it s clear, that after 10 years, I will never hold the title as " Head Chef", and I am rapidly losing my taste for succulent delicacies and creating them. Within those 10 years, 5 of them I spent picking up my camera! My mouth now waters for Photography, out to experience Nature, Art, People & Fashion. It gives me the freedom to be my own boss, to create visual dishes for everyone to taste with their eyes. I've had the pleasure of meeting Model, Celebs, and stylist. Working with an established Fashion Photographer and my good friend Taj Washington, who has and still helps me grow. So, when I am not in the kitchen with my knife and steel in hand trying to make ends meet, I am picking up my Canon to capture moments that can be enjoyed by many who crave a taste for the craft, as much as I do.....
