i love winter but this SEASONAL DEPRESSION IS MAKING ME INSANE

one thing i'm realizing these days is that you don't have to be perfect at something to enjoy it. you can do things imperfectly and still enjoy them to the fullest. it's liberating to let go of expectations from your own self and simply just have fun. this has helped me so much in exploring new hobbies without fearing failure

i love apps that radiate feminine energy. the warmth, sunshine and therapeutic vibes like pinterest like tumblr . they feel like a cozy, soothing escape.

as much as i love being around the people i love and admire, i also love my isolation. i need 'me time' every day to function properly. it heals me and makes me a more presentable person. it helps me recharge and gain clarity. so i can be my best self for others. i'm nothing but a mess without my me time.
