Bail Organa is actually the greenest flag in all of Star Wars. He believes in the Republic and after it fell he founded a rebellion. He's married and took he wifes last name. He raised the daughter of his best friend as his own. On that note, his best friend is a woman in politics. He supported the Jedi during the Republic and the Empire.
