What helped me a lot was listening to my parents and using the dictionary above to search for unknown words. Learn the alphabet / sounds first so you can spell the words correctly.
there’s a lot of pinoy twitter accounts that are helpful for learning slang. Most artists I follow are pinoy, and I like to read filo socmed au’s
listening to children rhymes and songs can help with learning new words :))
