What seems scary is not so , we assume it to be but look closer. 

Everything is in a state of transformation. 

There is nothing you cannot do, it is all limitless only humans put a limit on things. 

Everything is fluid, existing in space and time and space and time doesn’t exist. So if nothing really exists anything can happen in that limitless space. 

The flow of life is a mystery, acceptance is the key and you are the missing piece. 

Your life was always going to turn out this way. You would have not chosen this path which is a guide to show you that you are not in charge, you are a leaf drifting down a stream, just let it take you there. 

Sit still and let it all unfold, every single person is playing their part to get you to where you are meant to be. You are doing the same for others, we are all just bouncing off each other creating tiny universes for no reason or purpose. 

Let go of the need to change anything, you do not have that power. You cannot control anything, when you realise this you have found true freedom but even that is not up to you. 

Stay still and stay strong. 

I haven't posted in a long time as I have been finding my role as a mother very changeling. My son is three and the tantrums have started, he doesn’t sleep as well as he used to and getting him to sit and eat is a struggle, it all seems to have gone tits up to be honest. I understand that this is a hard time for him as he is discovering the world as a separate little person and all of his emotions can feel too big to handle sometimes, so I need to be patient with him and this too will pass. Due to other circumstances in my life I do not have a circle of people that I can talk to or get advice from, so my Mum is my saviour and the rest I am totally winging it. I was thinking about how the world is now and realising that so many people are in a similar situation to me (single parent going it alone mostly) and I would like to open my arms to anyone that is struggling at the moment, everyone's story is different but pain is the same. Keep reminding yourself that this too will pass, nothing lasts forever and the universe ( or whatever you believe in) has a plan for you. Do not give up you are extremely important in this world and whatever role you have been given you have been given it for a reason, because you are perfect for it and strong enough to complete the task.
