Ground floor

South lobby (at the bottom) is the main entrance that faces Esperanza, north is the one that faces the pool. From south lobby, going clockwise:

South lobby (left): I had to get a bit creative with stair placement on both sides of the house to make it furnishable, but especially the south ones, which is why the south lobby deviates a fair bit from the game.

Nanny's room (right): She absolutely lived with them at least part time, especially when Diego was younger. (Shhh don't come at me re timelines...)

Rec room: Pool table (made out of two card tables, shhh), darts, video games, stuff like that.

Gabriél Castillo's prayer room: For whatever reason, Antón can't seem to make himself get rid of it. (Since there's no religious imagery in any base game assets, instead there's a clown on the wall. Don't judge.)

Morning room (left): Faces the rising sun. Antón and Diego eat breakfast here when their schedules allows.

Storage (right): Note the baby toys and old trophies - whether it was the nanny who kept them or if Antón has a sentimental side is up to you...

Kitchen with pantry and staff entrance: Antón never sets foot in there. Diego will sneak in and pilfer snacks because he's a growing boy. The staff won't tell.

Dining room

Lounge: I wanted parts of the interior to be somewhat Art Deco inspired, since Gabríel Castillo would presumably have made his own changes to the place and that was his jam.

Master bed and bath: both renovated when Antón moved in. Pictures of his mother, father and sister on the walls.

Diego's room: Antón absolutely thinks it's time it was refurnished into something more adult. Diego has been very resistant to the idea, trying to cling to his childhood for as long as he can.

Living room: loosely based on the 2nd story room you pass through ingame on the way to the dining room. María Marquessa may have had a hand in certain design choices here, as well as other parts of the manor where Antón didn't care much one way or another.

Guest rooms: very basic furnishing because Antón does not give a damn and hardly has guests over anyway - it was probably Marquessa who insisted he had guest rooms at all. One of the rooms used to be José's for a while.

Antón's study (both images): Espresso machine because you know he never stops working. Gramophone will usually be playing his mother's records. One of Diego's model cars on display.

Library and smoking room: Because one can never have enough oppressively dark wood panelling and leather sofas that smell of tobacco.

Dining room: I could've sworn the dining room had wood panelling and red curtains, and was flabberghasted when I realised the curtains are frickin. Blue? Still, it let me use said wood panels and curtains for the study instead, so I'm not complaining. As for why Antón has a leather armchair at the dining room table ... you'll have to ask him. I'm just trying to stay faithful to the source material.

Outdoors

Pool: The pool area has been shrunk a whole bunch in order to fit more of the surrounding structures and decor. I had to get real creative with those big box planters, and putting blue hydrangeas in the crowns of hawthorne trees to emulate the blue-flowering trees from the game was pretty inspired, if I do say so myself.

Courtyard: As I imagine it looked before those creepy human statues were added.
