she is literally a genius, takes college classes for fun, knows five languages fluently, made a non-profit as a young woman that helps poor children in Colombia many  afro-colombian, can play four instruments, and she is literally an angel who has a pure heart like thank u for being born like i can go on and on

When you meet any human being for the first time, you show respect by introducing yourself. When they met this black woman, their automatic response was to forgo treating her with respect and determine that her only purpose is to take their orders. They deserve to be fired.
