So a really good friend of mine, @goldenmallorn, is trying to move out of her small town in Michigan to somewhere closer to me, and has been currently saving up money to get out of her mother’s house. 

Her mom is absolutely horrible to her; even though Tuesday is the only other working member of the house, she puts an inordinate amount of responsibility on her, and is demanding she go to school even though she works about 60 hours a week. On top of that, her younger sister is a kleptomaniac who straight-up stole money from her to buy games on xbox live. She’s working in a factory that’s putting strain on her weak ankles, and the job has actually caused a number of her health problems, including her mental health, to deteriorate fast.

tl;dr, Tuesday needs to get the fuck out of Dodge, and so far, both of us have been saving up money so that we can move in together in May.

A roadblock has come up in that plan. A few years ago, Tuesday got surgery that was supposed to help her weak ankles, but it didn’t work. She thought she and her mother were in agreement that her mom would pay for it, but apparently her mother decided not to, thinking Tuesday should have to pay for it, though she hid the bills. 

Paying the bills would wipe out everything we’ve been saving for so we really need your help.
