Best Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe Full Step by Step

To make Gajar Ka Halwa, first, we will take 1 kg of carrots.
Wash and peel the carrots
Grate all the carrots in the same way
Here, take a pan and add half a teaspoon of ghee to it.
Then add some chopped almonds and fry till it becomes light golden.
Here I am using four spoons of ghee for 1 kg of carrot halwa.
Here I will add a spoonful of ghee and also add carrots which have to be roasted while stirring continuously for 10 minutes.
Roast the carrots on medium flame while stirring continuously for 5 minutes and cover on low flame for 5 minutes.
Add half kg full cream milk
Mix milk and carrot well and wait for the first boil
Cook the halwa on medium flame only
Cook and cover for 20 to 25 minutes on medium flame.
Open the halwa every 5 minutes and mix it well
Here we have completed 25 minutes and once again we will open the halwa.
Carrots are also well cooked in milk
Here we will put one 150 grams of sugar
After adding sugar, the halwa has to be roasted for 15 minutes while stirring continuously.
Add fried almonds add chopped pistachios
Add 50 grams grated khoya
So our winter special Gajar Ka Halwa is ready to eat.
