Met someone. Had a beautiful baby boy with that someone. Married that someone. And now baby number two is on the way. And all the other life jams in between. Many job changes, houses moved into and then grounded by the global pandemic that put the 21st century to a slight pause.

Today has been a hard one for me. I am currently trying to potty train my 3 year old boy. Look after the house (ie all chores, clothes washing, dishes, cooking, walking dogs) hold down a full time job during the Monday - Friday and also ensure that my 34 week pregnant wife is happy and prepared any time now........Any time now.

I just needed to vent. I think this may help me, so it may read quite terribly, and seem erratic, but just know. Being a dad certainly has been the best thing I’ve ever had. But it also is so hard right now.

Both me and my wife have our fair share of mental health issues. She is bipolar, pregnant and is also on the spectrum. I have chronic low self esteem, depression and my core is ripped to sheds by my childhood.

So without getting into all of that.... I feel like we’ve been doing pretty boomin good so far. But now. Right now. I need space and even just a day. To collect myself. And reaffirm things.
