what she means: the sharingan, also known as the ‘eyes that reflect the heart’, is awakened and evolved when an uchiha experiences a strong feeling of stress or loss regarding a precious person to them. besides that, the sharingan gives the user photographic memories. this means that every uchiha that have awaken the sharingan, not only have experienced traumatic situations, but also have clear memories of fights and blood and death, since they use their dojutsu during battles. and the fact that they have to live with all these vivid disturbing memories, with no mental support and are blamed for a ‘curse of hatred’ when, in fact, they are powerful because they love too deeply makes me incredibly sad
