why does no one talk about the depression that comes with anxiety so strong that you never have days where you can’t get out of bed; you’re just too paranoid about missing class or work or terrified of what other people might say about you

one of the worst symptoms of avpd is wanting to fucking compliment your friends but worrying they’ll find it annoying.

i’m so sorry for being a customer, i want  to leave you alone but sometimes i have to buy things or eat. please understand i use self checkout whenever i can
