METHOD: participant was given unrestricted access to high-calorie foods. participant was instructed to eat what she would like. participant was also given access to cannabis-infused dietary supplements, which she made frequent use of.

ANALYSIS: participant's exact food consumption was not tracked, but she was observed to gain weight rapidly. the extent to which new adipose deposits accumulated in the abdomen was somewhat unexpected. participant's BMI, which began at 28, rose to 30 during the course of the trial.

DISCUSSION: results should be taken with a caveat, as sample size was n=1. the IRB felt this hypothesis did not qualify for testing with research subjects, so the researcher took matters into her own hands.

further research may be required. do results scale over a longer period of time? are results durable after cessation of the modified diet?
