I think that one of the most underrated symptom of an eating disorder is sulfur burps. I get them when I starve and when I binge and they are horrible. I get awful smelling burps and the WORST pain in my stomach. So bad that I can't really move and I just stay in bed. Also the nausea makes me almost vomit but I can't vomit for some reason. I still don't quite know why I get sulfur burps but they are my least favorite symptom by far and I don't know why people aren't talking about it?

I hate when people are like "don't starve yourself, you could die!" Like okay? That's the plan 🙄
