[09:57 AM] You sigh as you lock your phone again after checking the time. Still 23 more minutes till class ended. How could time pass so, so slowly? You felt like you had spent the whole day there and it was only your first class of quite a few. You heard a chuckle next to you and you turned your head to find Jaemin looking at you, with a hand on his cheek and leaning onto the support of that hand. You couldnât help but giggle too, knowing that he understood your thoughts completely.
There werenât a lot of people in this class, at least not as many as youâd see in others, but it was enough to be less likely for the teacher to notice that you two werenât even trying to pay attention at this point and were just looking at each other and talking in whispers so that at least you wouldnât disturb the people around you who somehow were still focused on the lesson.
ââDo you wanna leave and maybe go get some breakfast?â âJaeminâs offer surprised you. It wasnât that he had never skipped class or offered to do so with you, but it was always before the class even started, not quite past the middle of it.
ââRight now?â âJaemin nodded.â âThe teacher will notice!â âHe shook his head and you giggled again seeing how confident he was about the idea. You were still a little scared of maybe the teacher seeing you two leave and saying something in front of anyone, calling you two out on your irresponsibility.Â
And so, you and Jaemin started carefully picking up your stuff as to not make a lot of noise with the sounds of the pens clashing against each other inside your pencil case, the sound of your backpacks being unzipped so you could put everything back in, and then zipping it again. With no one to block your escape route, you two walked out the class with hurried steps and once the door had been closed -peeking inside one last time and finding the teacher so engrossed in what he was writing in the blackboard that he didnât even see anything-, you two let out a sigh a relief and then shared a short laugh.
ââLetâs go!â âHe exclaimed, clearly excited. Truth is, he had already had breakfast, but he would never reject another coffee, and he could never reject spending more quality time with the person he loved the most.
[06:28 PM] Chanhee heard the front door close followed by the sound of what probably was your backpack being dropped on the floor. Before he could get up from his desk chair to go greet you at the entrance, he heard your steps getting louder, meaning that you were going to his room.Â
A few seconds later, you just walked in with no words, the only thing let out being a deep sigh that perfectly transmitted the exhaustion you were feeling at that moment while letting yourself fall on top of his bed, face down and hidden in the comforter.
ââWelcome back?â âHe said, even though it sounded more like a question due to his confusion at the state you were in, especially after you just responded with a groan.â âLet me guess; itâs about your exams.â âThis time you replied with an exaggerated, dramatic sob, and he couldnât help but chuckle, patting his lap and whispering to you to come to him.
Hearing that, you slowly got up from the bed and approached him before sitting on his lap. You sighed (a shorter, more discreet deep exhale this time) before resting your head on his shoulder.
ââItâs mostly that Iâm tired. Whoever decided we should have classes both in the morning and in the evening has a spot reserved for them in hell.â âOnce again, Chanhee laughed, covering his mouth with one hand before letting that same hand softly fall down till it touched your cheek, softly caressing it as you spoke up again.â âThe second exam went well. It was online so it gave us our grade right after and I got a really good grade.â â
ââAnd the first one?â â
ââLetâs just hope the professor has mercy and a very good day before marking that one.â âThis time you couldnât help but join Chanhee in letting out a short laugh. It was true that it didnât go well, but it also didnât go as horrible as you could make it seem, but Chanhee knew that at that moment you were very tired and that was the brightest you could be about it. Youâd cheer up as soon as you could get a little rest, and he would be there to help you bring back the positivity and the hope in yourself and your success.
ââWell, weâll see! The second one went well right? At least that was a good way to end the day!â âHe felt you nod, and he could also tell that his words had managed to draw a small smile on your face. He moved his hand from your cheek to your thigh and tapped it a couple times.â âLetâs order something for dinner now! Are you hungry?â âYou nodded again and then got up from his lap, letting him finally see your smile face to face.
He smiled back at you and you felt the love with which his eyes looked at you, making you feel much better already. The day was over now and Chanhee was right. While it hadnât been great, it had its good things, and he was the greatest thing your days were lucky to have.
this is a little something for anyone whoâs having a hard time!! donât blame yourself for whatâs happening or what youâre feeling. you did nothing wrong and you deserve better. when you feel like running away, take all the time you need to heal, but remember that there will always be someone who cares for you deeply and who loves you, even if you donât even know just how much. if anyone ever needs someone to talk to or vent, iâm here !! have a great day and i love you!!

Giwook could just look at you in silence as you wiped your eyes, even though that didnât stop the tears. He didnât know what to do, or if there was even anything he could do. But you were probably feeling as powerless. He knew you didnât want to make eye contact with him, that you were already too embarrassed crying in front of him and showing him your face directly wouldnât do much good to how overwhelmed you felt.Â
ââDo you thinkâŠâ âYou started, catching his attention, even though you always had it.â â... that Iâm a bad person for wanting to run away from this?â â
He didnât know what to reply. Once again, he wasnât even sure he knew what you meant exactly.
ââWhat is âthisâ...?â âHe asked back in a soft voice, a whisper so low that it could have gone unheard with the sobs that you couldnât suppress.
ââThis place, these things making me feel this way.â âSlowly you seemed to calm down, less and less tears that you had to erase all traces of as they ran down your cheeks.
Giwook shook his head and wondered if you even saw it with your hands that kept rubbing your eyes, now itchy from all the crying. But before he could open his mouth to answer, you spoke again, letting him know you did take notice of his gesture.
ââReally?â âHe nodded again.â âYou promise you wonât hate me for it?â âHe repeated the motion. Your shaky voice made him feel an ache in his heart. It hurt him to see you like this. Of course he could never hate you, and especially not for not wanting to feel sad, for not wanting to have things so frequently making your life painful, to the point of making you break down in front of him.
After a few seconds of silence, you looked at him and kept talking. Your eyelids were somewhat swollen already.
ââIt makes me feel bad, because youâre the only one I have. Youâre the only person I could ever tell about this.â â
ââYou donât have to feel bad, you donât⊠You donât even deserve this in the first place.â âHe saw how your lips twitched for a second and your eyes got glossy, and then you look down and quickly rubbed your eyes again, taking a deep breath as to remain the calm it had taken you so long to get back to.
ââIâm going to leave now, itâs so lateâŠâ âYou muttered, and he offered to walk you home, but you refused. He wanted to insist, but he didnât. You deserved to have things your way, so he settled for telling you to call him if anything happened and that heâd be there whenever you needed him. You gave him a sad smile, and he smiled back at you.â âThank you Giwook.â â
As you walked away from him and disappeared into the darkness of the night, he yelled a âSee you tomorrow!â loud enough, since you were walking away. You didnât answer, so he didnât know if it reached you.
The following morning he was woken up at 7AM, as his alarm clock was set to do. He got up and got ready for the new day. You and him were supposed to meet at the park midway between your house and his, in front of the big water fountain that it had in the center.
He arrived there with around 5 minutes to spare and he was kind of surprised to not see you by the time he got there. You were usually quite early when you two hung out together, but perhaps after what happened last night you were tired and today that wouldnât be as usual.
He waited over two hours, just standing there at that spot. His phone was in his hand and he just watched the battery of it deplete as he killed time with it, messaging you once in a while to ask if you were coming, if everything was okay, even calling you a few times. But you never picked up. Your phone wasnât even on, as your voicemail let him know.
He sat down at a bench near the fountain so that he could see you if you arrived. He wasnât mad or upset, but instead just worried, so he wouldnât say anything to you about being late when you arrived and heâd just make sure you were okay. Thatâs what he told yourself as he kept checking his phone every few seconds before lifting his head to see if you were coming.
It got late and you never showed up. His heart was restless, but he didnât know what to do. He went home and kept waiting for a response. He didnât even get much sleep that night. He woke up the next day and for some reason, he decided to go back to the park and wait. He repeated the process for a couple more days. After that, he decided to show up at your house. He was a little nervous. He didnât know your parents but he had heard enough of them from you. At the time he got there, no one was at home to open the door for him.Â
The next-door neighbour saw him and asked him if he was looking for anyone there, so he shily said he was looking for you. The old lady looked kind of surprised, and he didnât understand for a second.
ââYou donât know?â âGiwook just stood still, waiting for the woman to say more.â â(Y/N) has been missing for three days now.âÂ
The women kept talking but he didnât hear anything else but the thoughts running inside his mind and the worry firing up again, making his heart fidget harder than it already did the day you didnât show up to meet him. The day after youâŠ
âDo you think that Iâm a bad person for wanting to run away from this?â
It was at that moment, as your words repeated inside his head, that he understood.
âYou promise you wonât hate me for it?â
He made his way home, the walk feeling endless and his body sort of numb. It was like he didnât know where he was going, what was happening, what would happen. It felt like a dream, a bad dream. But it was very much real and he knew that. He tried to call you once more, but you didnât answer.
He promised he wouldnât hate you. Itâs not like he could ever do that, even if he wanted to. He loved you too much.
âIt makes me feel bad, because youâre the only one I have.â
And he was left to wonder if saying those words would have helped you. Maybe he really could have done something.Â
From then on, Giwook visited the park everyday. He didnât stay there to wait as often. In fact, as months and more months passed, at some point he rarely found himself standing in front of that big fountain, waiting to see if youâd come back. But heâd always at least walk past the park whenever he went out, glancing inside from the corner of his eye in case heâd spot you.
.
.
.
.
.
A year had passed since the last time he saw you. He took a look at that date on his phone once more as he walked into the park. Then, when he raised his head, the sight of someone meters ahead of him, standing still as if waiting, stopped him on his way to the fountain.
His phone vibrated in his hand for a second, a notification popping up to let him know of the new message received.
His breath was cut short and he swallowed before speaking up, his voice so soft that he didnât even know if it was heard over the sounds of the wind, the treeâs leaves shaking, the birds chirping or the water being pushed up by the mechanism of the fountain, with the sun rays hitting on it and making the water seem like it was glowing.
ââ(Y/N)...?â âAs soon as you heard his voice, you turned around. You looked surprised to see him, but soon gave him a shy smile. You looked sort of nervous now, with your hands fidgeting together behind your back, a habit you didnât seem to have changed.
He knew what you were thinking. You were probably wondering if he still stood by his words, if he hated you now. But at the same time, he knew that you knew him better than that. He could never hate you, and him being there was the biggest proof that he still cared for you, deeply. He more than cared for you, he loved you.
And this time he knew what to do, so he quickly took the remaining steps towards you. Your hands and his reached for each other as if you both had the same thing in mind, and then, you both spoke those words at the same time.

[08:58 PM] The sound of yet another thunder startled you, making you jump on your seat on the couch and making Hyunjae, who sat next to you, laugh for a second before looking back at the screen of the TV. The movie playing was getting to the best part, the drama about to be solved and both of you eager to know how the story would unfold.Â
But just then, lightning illuminated the dimly-lit living room before everything went black, that obviously including the TV. Both you and Hyunjae stood still, not making a single move as you processed what just happened. After a few seconds that you didnât keep count of, the loud thunder was heard and it brought you two out of your shock.
ââSERIOUSLY!?â âYou both yelled in unison at the now empty screen that you couldnât even really see in the now pitch dark room.
Letting out a deep sigh, you reached for your phone and turned on the flashlight before aiming it at Hyunjae, who flinched and squinted his eyes.
ââDonât aim it at my face!â âYou laughed and apologised, because you didnât really mean to blind him but just make sure that he was still there and didnât disappear in the darkness, as supernatural and probably unlikely to happen as that would be.
You left it on the couch with the screen facing the soft cushion so that the flashlight would act similar to a lamp and illuminate more around you two. Hyunjae started to think about what you could do to pass time as you waited for the power to come back only to be interrupted by one more lightning painting the room white for a second and making him flinch again. You giggled at his reaction. Was he scared of thunderstorms?
Before you could tease him and only a couple of seconds after the lightning happened, the thunder was heard so loudly that you thought you had almost felt the ground under your feet vibrate for a second, but you assumed it had been your imagination. Could storms even do that? It was so loud, that you guessed the lightning had striked near your place. You werenât worried about that because you were in the comfort and protection of your home, but the sound had taken you back and made you not really want to tease Hyunjae anymore.
He seemed to notice the change of expression on your face and obviously heard how your giggle was cut short by the sudden shock. And usually, his first reaction would have been the same one you had a second ago; which was to tease you. But knowing you were feeling a slight fear similar to his, he instead reached to your waist, wrapping one arm around it and pulling you closer to him so he could cuddle you.Â
Without saying anything, you hid your face in his chest and thanked the fact that it was dark because he wouldnât be able to see the blush adorning your cheeks. But at the same time, he thanked that you couldnât see his as well.
i don't know if a lot of people will see it but !! i may make a general masterlist tonight or soon !! but as for specific-group masterlists (which i wanna make eventually to tag them and so that the scenarios that tumblr hid and have even 0 notes reach someone) it'll have to wait because so far i have few scenarios of many groups, but not a lot of scenarios of one specific group!
[06:28 PM] Chanhee heard the front door close followed by the sound of what probably was your backpack being dropped on the floor. Before he could get up from his desk chair to go greet you at the entrance, he heard your steps getting louder, meaning that you were going to his room.Â

He smiled back at you and you felt the love with which his eyes looked at you, making you feel much better already. The day was over now and Chanhee was right. While it hadnât been great, it had its good things, and he was the greatest thing your days were lucky to have.
[04:52 PM] You had seen him from the corner of your eye as you walked past him after going up the stairs, sitting at the second step of the stairs next to you that still went up a few more floors. He still had his backpack that you usually saw him carrying around in uni on the floor next to him, so you assumed that even though he was already done with classes just like you and had gone home, he hadnât actually gone inside yet. But you didnât even question it.Â
You looked at Younghoon for a little more than a second out of reflex and pure curiosity but never stopped walking towards your own apartment, which was right next to his. Stopping in front of the door, you opened your bag to take out your keys, and from the start you found it weird how you didnât hear the jiggle of your keys clashing with your keychains inside the bag as you put your hand in it and rummaged through a little bit. Fearing what the situation was, you gulped and froze in the spot. After a couple seconds, you turned your head back ever so slightly, just enough to strain to see Younghoon looking at you before you quickly turned back to look at your door again, pleading effortlessly in your head that it would open magically on its own.Â
Needless to say, that didnât happen after all. Clutching your phone in your hand as you turned around, you thought of who you could ask to keep you company until your roommate got home in a couple hours. However, you couldnât come up with anyone, since all of your friends were still in class. Taking a deep breath and exhaling it rapidly, you lifted your head and finally made eye contact with Younghoon. You were sure he could tell you were embarrassed, as he had just been a witness of how you forgot your keys and were locked out of your apartment. It was a little pathetic, actually, especially considering how much you (as well as any regular student) canât think of anything other than going home and resting when you get out of your last class of the day.
ââDid you lock yourself out, too?â âHe asked, and you were quickly snapped out of your little crisis where your head was filling with voices assuming how silly you must have looked in this situation to Younghoon, your cute neighbour who went to your same uni and who you had the tiniest crush on, or so you wanted to make yourself believe.
Repeating after your own thoughts, why would Younghoon be sitting outside of his apartment instead of going in like any regular student would want to do to finally get some rest after class? You let out a sigh of relief at the realisation that you two were on the same page, and he took it as a clear answer to his question, letting out a chuckle at it.
ââDo you want to go somewhere in the meantime? Until our roommates get home.â âYou were surprised at his offer, but you almost immediately started feeling excited. He smiled at you and you returned the expression somewhat more shyly before responding.
That night, as both of you made your way back home hand in hand, walking slow as to make the most of the moment as you kept talking about anything and everything and sharing laughs, you thought that locking yourself out of your dorm wasnât that bad, or silly, or pathetic after all. Because it had given you and Younghoon the chance to finally become as close as you would like to be.
[12:42 AM] ââSeriously? Who forgets to bring a sleeping bag to a camping night trip?â âYou asked, your eyebrows arched as you looked at Kevin questioningly. Clearly embarrassed, Kevin let out an exasperated sigh and looked away before responding. In the dark of the night and with the low brightness of his phoneâs screen being the only thing dimly illuminating the inside of the tent you were in, the soft blush on his cheeks wasnât visible.
ââI donât know? Me, apparently?â âHe responded, at this point not even defending himself and accepting just how clumsy of him that was. You giggled and then looked at your sleeping bag that, still closed, you had taken out and laid on the ground while Kevin had been panicking and thinking of how to tell you about his big mistake.
You opened the sleeping bag and observed it in silence for a few seconds. It looked big enough⊠If you squeezed together, you both should be able to fit in, right? You felt a sudden heat spreading on your face and even if it made you somewhat shy, you brought up your idea.
ââWe could share mine⊠If we both can fit in it, that is.â âKevin looked somewhat surprised at your suggestion, but then again what other alternative was there? Did he really think you would just tell him to just sleep on the ground like it was nothing and not care?
Then, he nodded and got closer to you, or to your sleeping bag actually. He waited next to it, probably for you to get in first. You did just that and then Kevin carefully laid down next to you, your bodies laid on your sides facing each other and chests pressed together in an attempt to manage to close the sleeping bag. When you heard the sound of the zipper going up, not stopping until it reached the top and it still allowed you to lay comfortably (even though you still had to be facing Kevin, but not as tightly-pressed together), you let out a sigh of relief.
ââLooks like you wonât be freezing to death tonight.â âYou joked, and Kevin chuckled before wrapping his arms around your torso and pulling you as close to him as you had been seconds ago.Â
Your left cheek brushed his shoulder slightly as you hid your red face in the crook of his neck. One of his hands slowly moved up and down your back. His touch and his embrace were so warm you could quickly feel yourself drifting off to sleep. Definitely, none of you would be feeling cold that night, nestled in each otherâs arms.

i watched a kevin fancam and this⊠wrote itself on its own⊠it wasnât me i swearâŠ.. just kidding this is the most self-indulgent thing i have written in centuries i almost feel bad about it and i donât even know why sNJFNDSJKGNFJK i hope you guys enjoy this !!! it has a dance crew!the boyz concept because who doesnât love that,,, theyâre just great performers and the stealer is just a whole bop that iâm in love with
Thanks to getting there at the same time as them, before the event had even been close to starting in order for the staff and the participants to be able to prepare everything, you had assured yourself a spot in the front line by the time the crowd started gathering.
Kevin had invited you to watch him and his friends (who had grown to become your friends as well) perform in a dance contest. You knew they had a little dance group ever since their middle and high school days, when they got to know each other thanks to being part of the same dance club. However, you had never really seen them perform. You had wanted to, feeling especially curious everytime Kevin told you he couldnât hang out because he had to do some dance practice with the others, yet you were a little embarrassed to ask if you could tag along and watch. When he told you about the dance contest they had signed up for, your eyes sparkled and he seemed to hear the pleads in your mind begging him to please invite you to go see them, so you couldnât hide your excitement when he did just that. And the excitement became more intense with the next words he had said.
âI told myself that if we win, I will finally tell you something Iâve been thinking for quite some time now, so Iâd like it if you were there.â
[07:17 PM] Eric couldnât stop the chuckle that left his lips as he re-read the latest messages you had sent him while he waited at one of the sides of a crosswalk for the traffic light to turn green for him and the other pedestrians. Once he heard the beeping, he looked away from his phone and lifted his head to still look at both sides before crossing the road. When he was on the other side of the street, his phone vibrated with new messages from you, who hadnât even waited for his replies.
He didnât even need to hear your voice to know how excited you were, although he did get to hear it after he had replied to the first 7 messages of you just saying his name repeatedly to get his attention. In a voice message, you told him your older brother Sangyeon had just left the house to go to the gym. He wouldnât be back for over an hour, so you two had a perfect chance to use his ps4 and start playing the new videogame that you two had been looking forward to buying for so long. Usually, since the console was in your brotherâs bedroom, you wouldnât be able to play whenever you wanted, and especially not with Eric, since you two tended to get loud when you were excited and laughed really hard at pretty much anything, and after a while itâd end up bothering your brother while he was doing his own thing.
As he made his way to your house, you kept sending him messages of how excited you were, reminding him of just how long you had been waiting for that moment, telling him to hurry up so that they wouldnât waste any time they could be spending to play, but immediately after telling him to be careful and actually not hurry too much and to look at both sides before crossing the road, because sometimes he didnât do it while claiming âthere are no cars coming right nowâ.Â
âOPEN UPâ he texted quickly once he was a couple steps away from your house. You read the text immediately and when he stopped in front of the door, he could hear your steps running towards the other side of it before opening it, a big smile on your face.
ââHurry, come in! I already prepared everything! I even got us some snacks!â âGrabbing his free hand that wasnât holding his phone with your own that wasnât holding yours, you two walked back inside your home and you closed the door behind you. Eric laughed once more at your excitement, feeling your happiness add up to his that he was already feeling.
Moments like this, where you two would spontaneously meet up to do something you two really wanted to do, no matter how sudden the request was, Eric wouldnât change them for anything else in the world. As you hurried to your room as if to not waste a second before your brother would get home (even if there was yet quite some time till that happened), Eric laughed and wondered to himself how many more fun memories you two would make together in the future, staying beside each other, laughing and sharing your joy over anything.
[00:09 AM] You placed your phone on your desk when you heard the steps that had been approaching stop right by your bedroom door. Kevin stood there, looking at you while still holding the copy of the keys to your apartment in his hand. You had given it to him a few months ago yet it was the first time he had to use them, and you were glad he had them because you didnât even feel like getting up to go open the entrance door for him.
The slow sound of the piano from the song you were listening to through your earphones and the sight of Kevinâs gentle eyes as the two of you made eye contact almost immediately made you tear up, so you blinked repeatedly in order to try and keep the tears in. He seemed to quickly take notice of the new glimmer in your eyes, so similar yet so different to the way your eyes would shine when you two laughed until your stomachs hurt, when you talked about the things you loved or the people you loved.Â
As he stepped closer to you and you felt a tear slide down your cheek, you looked away and bit your lower lip to stop it from shaking. You heard Kevin sigh, but you didnât look at him.
ââWhat happened?â âHe asked, his voice no louder than a whisper, and you were going to lower the sound of your music to make sure you wouldnât miss whatever he said, but you didnât. You didnât want to move at all.
You just wanted to be in his arms, and as if he had read your mind behind the silence you gave him, he took off your earphones himself and placed them on the desk next to your phone before grabbed your hands and pulled you up from the chair you were sitting in and took the last few steps to your bed. Before he could make any gestures to let you know what he wanted, you sat near the centre of the bed, and Kevin carefully laid down next to you. You let yourself fall and your back hit the soft mattress, and then Kevin turned and finally wrapped his arms around you as you had needed so much.
ââItâs just⊠A horrible day, today.â âYou said. The room felt a little too empty without the music that had been filling your ears seconds ago, but it was a little more bearable if he was next to you.
You had closed your eyes but opened then when you felt Kevinâs breath on your face followed by the soft touch of his lips on your forehead. You took a deep breath that came out as shaky as it had come in. You didnât even fight the tears anymore, nor did you stop him from brushing each of them away with his thumbs. He let you cry it all out that way instead of through your words. He didnât ask more details if you werenât willing to give them to him, for whatever reason it could be. But he was there for you and he always made sure you knew. And you did, you knew. And you were so grateful. You hoped when you felt a little bit stronger again you could properly thank him.
ââToday was a horrible day.â âHe repeated, and you nodded slightly.â âBut hopefully, tomorrow will be better.â â
Your opened your mouth to respond, but he interrupted you before you could even say anything.
ââWe will make tomorrow a better day, together.â âYou stayed in silent for long enough for him to believe you just wouldnât answer, but you threw back a question, so softly it was almost like you were asking it to yourself.
ââBut what if itâs not better?â âYou cleared your throat before speaking again, a little louder than before.â âWhat if tomorrow is as bad as today?â â
As Kevinâs face got closer to yours, you instinctively closed your eyes and reciprocated the short kiss he placed on your lips.
ââThen Iâll be here with you. You will not be alone through it. And you know it.â âAnd you knew it, yet hearing his words made the tears fall again.
ââI know.â âHis hold around your body tightened slightly before he pulled you even closer to him, and you buried your face in his chest. You felt the vibrations of it as he spoke again, along with the beating of his heart. You slowly relaxed as the room started falling silent again and one of Kevinâs hands moved up to thread his fingers through your hair.
ââIâm here.â âHe whispered, the gentle sound of voice lulling you to sleep.Â
Today is almost over, tomorrow will be a better day.
this is the second part of my lil j-us scenario ! there will be a third and last part, but to be honest, every single part can be read individually because theyâre each very⊠i donât know, special(?) so they can totally be read on their own. this part is inspired by my little plant that has withered recently so i was feeling a little blue fjdsfkkjdsf i hope you guys enjoy it !! and iâm sorry if itâs so cheesy but i feel like⊠seungjoon would be a pretty cheesy guy, i donât know why njdknsfk
You opened your eyes. First thing you did was roll to the edge of the bed next to where your night stand was and on which you had a little alarm clock that marked a little past nine oâclock. You groaned thinking that there was no need to hurry to get up anymore now that you didnât have to study and tried to find a comfortable position in bed again. But somehow not even the position you were in before you woke up and in which you had been sleeping so deeply just a minute ago let you fall asleep again. You didnât even really feel sleepy anymore, just physically tired. Perhaps you had gotten too used to waking up earlier to prepare for exams and now your body kept doing it on instinct.
You finally decided to get up from the bed, hoping that said thought was nothing more than that and that hopefully the next time you would be able to sleep for a little longer and get back the hours of sleep that you had sacrificed for your exams lately. You rolled up the blinds to let the light in but squinted your eyes a little as you did it to make sure you would slowly get used to the new brightness in the room before fully opening them again.Â
Once you did that, you grabbed your phone that you had left on your desk and turned it on. The first thing you saw was a notification of a text from Seungjoon. You wiped your eyes with your hands and blinked the blur away before re-reading the notification.
this is a little something i started writing for myself because i am unloyal to Hyojin and canât help it and i hoped if i wrote something Seungjoon would leave me alone but this ended up not being a âlittle somethingâ anymore and it was getting so long that i had to split it in who knows how many parts (iâm guessing around 2 or mostly 3 because i donât like chaptered scenarios but yeah sfjndkjsf) also I needed someone to represent your and seungjoonâs roommates that are dating and i decided to use my friend Kee and Joochan because she is unloyal to jibeom and sungyoon and canât help it.
anyways i hope you enjoy this and hope you look forward for the next part !! <3
Almost right after lifting your hand to ring the doorbell, you brought it back down with a short sigh that didnât quite manage to let out the slight restlessness you were feeling. There wasnât really any other choice anyway, it was either that or sleeping on the other side of your dormâs door. Without giving yourself more time to dwell on it, you quickly pressed button to ring the doorbell and felt your heart pick up its pace as you heard the steps that could only belong to one person approaching.
Seungjoon opened the door, his confused face probably wondering who could be ringing his doorbell at this time of the night before his slightly widened eyes met yours. Of course you werenât expecting him to just step aside and let you in with no words exchanged, but perhaps a part of you had assumed he would just assume and acknowledge what the situation was or even speak up first to ask you if you needed something. But instead, you two just stood with your feet planted on the same spot in complete silence for quite a few seconds, each more awkward than the last until you finally decided to ask him to let you in.
ââSo, Joochan is staying over at my dorm with KeeâŠâ âYou started -even though he probably already knew that information-, and he nodded before his mouth took a small âoâ shape, now quickly comprehending what the gist was. As if compensating not guessing it from the start (even while seeing you standing on your pyjamas with the backpack you took with you to class everyday hanging from your shoulders) and instead of just stepping aside for you, he grabbed your hand and pulled you in, closing the door behind him. Kee was your roommate, while Joochan was his.

You were greeted with that pretty smile as soon as he saw you at the door and you tried to keep calm as you approached the counter. You were gonna do it today. You werenât gonna let this add up to the list of quite a few failed attempts to pretty much admitting that you liked him by asking him out, too afraid of him not feeling the same way.Â
Too deep in your own thoughts and self-encouragement in your head to push you to finally say the words you had been practicing for this moment, he spoke up, seemingly confused over your silence since you didnât even say hi to him.
ââ(Y/N)? Is everything okay?â âHe asked, and while you remained silent on the outside, it was starting to get chaotic inside your head. âCome on, (Y/N)! Tell him now! The sooner you let it out, the better!â you kept yelling to yourself internally.
ââIâm okay! Iâm sorry.â âYou said, and gave him a little awkward smile that he returned more naturally.
ââOh, Iâd love that!â âYou were excited to try it, but at the same time disappointed because you were feeling your already short-lasting courage slip away. Well, you had his phone number. Maybe you could ask him over text. Yes, thatâd make it less scary! After all, if he didnât say yes, you wouldnât have to hear the rejection and see his reaction face to face.
You paid for the drink that he quickly started to prepare and sharing one last friendly smile, you turned around and started walking towards one of the empty tables besides the big windows. You were holding in a sigh of disappointment before Sungyoon called your name to stop you, making you turn around on instinct to look at him.
His cheeks were slightly flushed and he pursed his lips for a second before finally speaking up, his words leaving you shocked.
ââWould you like to go on a date with me?â â
Your silence prolonged for a little bit more than you wanted to, your body not reacting to your own orderâs of quickly saying an excited yes.
ââI⊠I would love to!â âYou finally said, and Sungyoon finally smiled, letting out the shy feeling overwhelming his heart in a soft chuckle.Â
ââGreat, my shift is over in 30 minutes, so if you donât have anything to do we could go somewhere together.â âHe said. Although it was so sudden, you didnât actually have any plans, so you quickly accepted.â âOkay then, Iâll bring your drink to your table as soon as itâs done.â âYou nodded and then walked to said table.Â
Once again it got loud inside your head, but this time you were celebrating your mutual feelings and excited for what was to come.
And once again, it got loud inside Sungyoonâs head, but this time he was celebrating finally gathering up the courage to ask you on a date, you saying yes, and excited for what was to come.
[01:31 AM] You covered your mouth before you sneezed, once again. Seungwoo let out a chuckle as his arms that were wrapped around your waist from behind tightened their grip slightly.
â"Don't laugh..." âYou whined once again, but then you let out a weak giggle. You were too tired to truly care about Seungwoo laughing at the situation. You just wanted to sleep but your allergies weren't letting you rest, sneezing up to 3 times in a row every few seconds and the itch on your nose and throat bothering you greatly. Oh, allergies were so much fun.
â"I'm sorry~" âHe whispered in return, and you could hear the smile in his gentle voice. Carefully making him let go of you, you got up from the bed and decided to go to the bathroom to wash up your face, as if that would help with allergies. Still, you did it. At least it'd help cool down your heated face from all the sneezing and from the warmth of Seungwoo's body pressed against yours. Summer was just around the corner but you could never pass up on sleeping all close to him.
Once you were done and got back on the bed, Seungwoo inmediately went back to the same position you two were in before you got up, but facing you this time.
â"Ah, when is this medicine going to kick in..." âYou said before you sniffled again. For some reason -and fortunately enough-, you didn't feel any more sneezes coming and the itch seemed to calm down a little. Your vision went blurry as you were on the verge that separated dream world from reality, but you could still see Seungwoo's soft smile as he looked back at you and felt a kiss on your forehead before you finally drifted off.
