the botanist: drifter!! they spend their time studying ecosystems in the origin system when they aren't being harassed by slurmbuster

slurmbuster: botanist's kaithe. enjoys being annoying

as soon as we learn about sentients, we're told they are a formidable threat. it's part of the reason why learning lotus was a sentient herself was so shocking. we've been told the sentients went to tau, made a haven, and decided they didn't want the orokin to destroy what they'd made.

in actuality, as our memories reveal, the sentients were peaceful and full of pride for what they did. they did not initially have beef with the orokin and tenno as we were always told. it took a betrayal to ultimately change their views, and it was because of ballas.
