Today three years ago my entire life changed. A lot of times I find myself focusing on how far I have left to go in my transition that I forget how far I have come. Growing up I hated any picture taken of me. Which you can clearly see in my awkward left corner birthday picture from two years ago. I just never saw myself in them. You can't manipulate other people's pictures the way you can in a selfie.
