Plasma Ship au Comic (script)
Coming back from the battle with Thunderfang, Jay limped down the stairs into the outside part of the monastery. He looked up to see a large guy with black hair(Cole), “Jay? I can’t believe it! Bring it in!” he starts walking toward Jay without warning. His reflexes cause him to jump back landing on his noninjured leg. “Get away, weirdo,” Jay says to the stranger. “Still no memory?” Cole asks the others around him. “I got plenty of memories, just none of them are of you,” Jay says confidently as he limps down the rest of the steps. Jay walks toward the nearest table with no people. He winces as he shifts his weight on it. He looks back at the others, making sure they don’t know he is looking. Jay glances at a guy with brunette hair and red clothing(Kai). He looks at him for at least a full minute, *holly shit he’s hotter than I realized*. A second later Kai looks back at Jay and smirks knowing that Jay has been staring at him for a while now. Jay blushes and whips his head back looking at the table he was leaning on. He grabs a soda on the table. And as he opens it he hears Lloyd saying “Arin thinks Ras can bring his parents back from the dead.” Jay jerks his head up, not looking at the ninja, and says “Dead?” he scoffs at the thought of them believing a word from Arin or Ras. Jay turns around to face Lloyd and the others, “I know for a fact that Arin kid’s parents are alive.” Jay takes a sip of his soda glancing at Kai, his arms crossed and his face in disbelief, confusion, and surprise, like all of the ninja are. Lloyd takes a step toward Jay saying “what?!” “Hello? I worked for the administration,” he said, trying to sound cool in front of Kai. Everyone was walking closer to Jay as he continued talking about his former job, “head of the Department of Realm Reassignment? What do you think I did there? I know exactly where Arin’s parents were reassigned, and it's really weird…” all of them are staring at Jay now, surprised.
Kai walks to his room stretching his arms ready to go to sleep. Everyone has left from the party he didn’t even know who left and stayed. Jay is staying, only waiting for his leg to heal. But Kai knows he’s lying mostly because of the way he looks at everyone, especially him. He doesn’t want to think about it- Jay looking wide-eyed at him. “Why?” he whispers to himself opening the door to his room. *Does he like me? Well of course he likes me, I'm his best friend!* Kai lays down on his bed, hands crossed on his chest. *What about Nya? She loves him more than he loves her right now with no memories!* He covers his face with his hands and groans loudly. His door creaks open and he sees blue clothing reflect a blue light on the door, *Jay?!* Nya walks in instead. Kai sighs quietly, relieved and disappointed that Jay is not there. Nya walks in and sits on the end of the bed next to Kai, “isn’t it so great that Jay is finally here with us?” nya says. “Ya, it's almost like how we were before the Merge.” Nya lets out a sigh and her smile disappears, "I was watching him at the party tonight… he didn’t notice me at all… it was like he was interested in someone else and couldn’t look away!” Kai blushes and looks away from her knowing who Jay was looking at the entire time. “Kai?” Nya says. “Y-ya, such a jerk!” Kai sputters, he looks at a fake watch on his wrist and stumbles, “ah, look at the time! It's almost past midnight, sorry sis gotta go to sleep now!” Kai is shoving Nya out the door then shuts it as soon as she is out.
Nya looks at the door she has been shut out of. She looks to the side realizing Lloyd was standing there in his pajamas in the middle of walking to his room to sleep. “Oh! Sorry Lloyd, I didn't know you were there!” Nya drowsily walks backward until she hits the wall. She covers her face with one hand and crosses the other on her body. “Are you ok, Nya?” Lloyd asks, beginning to lean on the wall next to her. “Yes! I'm fine! You don’t need to worry about me just because Jay came back!” Nya shouts. Lloyd looks away and says “I know what you're thinking, and you can’t force him to stay with us.” Nya pushes against the wall, "I'm not thinking that at all, Lloyd! I know that I can't force him to stay, I know I can’t force him to love me, and I know I can’t keep him from loving someone else!!!” Nya shouts. Lloyd isn’t leaning on the wall anymore, his jaw is hanging in surprise and his eyes are wide but tired. “Nya-” Lloyd starts saying but Nya interrupts, “im sorry, j-just forget we were here.” Nya says before walking to her room and shutting the door. Lloyd stands there for a moment then walks to his door, goes inside his room, and shuts it.
Jay opens his eyes and turns to the window in his room, it's morning. He gets up, now sitting on the edge of the bed. In the bathroom he looks in the mirror- his hair is messy and tangly. “Is there not a hair brush in this place!?” he shouts. Kai walks to the door and throws a hair brush at Jay, he catches it and blushes as he brushes his hair facing the mirror, “t-thanks…” Kai is leaning on the door frame with his arms crossed smiling at him. After Jay’s done brushing his wavy hair he tosses the brush back at Kai and limps out, he turns his head to see Kai walk in and shut the door with the brush he caught in his hand. Jay walks outside into the training course, Nya is there training. It looks like she has been there for a while- hair messy in a ponytail, wet with sweat, in training clothes. She finishes a jump and lands gracefully, she then looks over at Jay who is sitting on the steps meditating half in the sun. Nya sits next to him about 2 feet away, “did you sleep well?” she asks. “Ya, I did. It's almost like I've slept here before,” Jay responds. “That's because you have, you are a ninja! You slept here every night!” Nys says excitedly. Jay jumps up, “No I'm not! stop with that please!” he turns around, back facing Nya, “I’m sorry I'm not a ninja… I'm sorry I don’t love you,” Jay turns around, “I’m not the Jay you knew, I’m different, and I’m sorry.” Jay limps back in the house.
Kai turns into the TV room to see Jay sitting on the couch, gaming controller in his hand, and his injured leg propped on the table. Kai decides to run in behind and jump over on the couch next to Jay. Jay gasps and stiffens his posture “wha-!” Kai reaches for something in his pocket, his hand comes out with another gaming controller in it. “You had that in there the whole time!” Jay asks, surprised by the presence of it and blushed by the way he acted like something normal just happened. “Ya, you never know when you might find a video game to play out in the merged lands!” Kai says coolly. He slides back head level with the back of the couch and his ass on the edge of the couch. “You used to do that too,” Kai chuckles. Jay lays back slowly and unpauses the game, “I did? That sounds dumb,” he says. “Haha!” Kai stars laughing
