most baby birds poop in sort of a ready-made mucous bag called a fecal sac. this keeps it together and makes it safely transportable, like a biological dog poop bag!

the parents just pick it up and fly it a fair distance away, then drop it.

this keeps predators from being able to easily tell where the nest is at by tracking it by the droppings. they also do this with the eggshells for the same reason!

the record holder for largest domestic pig was Big Bill from Jackson, Tennessee at 2,552 pounds in 1933!

he was also five feet tall at the shoulder. this thing was the size of a small cow.

Also they're normally natural enemies in the wild but sometimes they occasionally hybridize?

depends on the wolf! for this exercise we'll assume a median coyote size of 30 lbs.

while all north american wolves are technically grey wolves (except the mexican red wolf!) there are more than twenty subspecies of the damn things, all of which can differ significantly in size and appearance! (many now displaced with some extinct)

for example, the mexican wolf is only barely bigger than a large coyote, with adults reaching the 50-90 lb range.

whereas the northern rocky mountain wolf has any coyote massively outclassed, ranging between 80-150 lbs!

most other north american wolves range somewhere in between. but this is why we don't say "the size of a wolf" much as a figure of speech, because they come in so many different sizes!

and when wolves and coyotes hybridize, it's generally because there's no other potential partners in the area for either animal, so they start being willing to look a little farther up the family tree, so to speak!

no because the term "carcinization" was created to describe the tendency for marine decapod crustaceans to convergently evolve crab-like body plans, it was never supposed to be applicable to other animals!

I blame pop science for spreading it around as a funny term that got misunderstood and misapplied basically from that point onward. most other animal groups don't get their own term for this phenomena and carcinization does NOT apply because... these animals aren't evolving into crabs. only decapods do that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

yes with an exception: when kangaroos are on land, they use their legs together for hopping, but when they swim, they alternate which leg is kicking just like humans and dogs do!

so they CAN, they just don't unless they think they need to.

no, regular degular white horses don't have measurably different lifespans from other colors of the same lines, but there IS a really funky genetic issue related to the white coat that is occasionally produced called "lethal white"!

like deaf cats, these foals are born with pure white coats and blue eyes. however, much worse than the cats, this horse mutation carries a nonfunctional colon. essentially, these foals are born without a digestive system and will invariably die within a few days.

because of this, once lethal white is suspected and proven, the foal is humanely euthanized to prevent it from suffering.

but yeah regular white horses are fine, though they are at higher risk for skin cancer so if you have one be sure to get that checked regularly.
