š First things first, turn off your electronics so you can get sleepy. (But if you need to listen to things like soft music and asmr to sleep, only use them for that!)
š Do some light stretching/easy nighttime yoga thatās kiddo friendly
š Be sure to have something warm to drink! Warm milk, warm tea, or warm water is fine! No caffeine, darling.
š Now itās time for you and your stuffie friends to get clean and cozy! Maybe take a warm bubble bath or shower while your stuffie sits on the dry sink to watch over you and make sure youāre having fun and washing up. Your bath toy friends hope to join you, too!!! They want to play in the bubbles~
š Take your time. Donāt rush your routine, baby. When bath time is over, itās time to get nice and dry. Put on your favorite lotion so your skin feels itās best! Follow with your most favorite pjs. Get comfy!
š Make sure you arenāt hungry. You should never sleep when your tummy is rumbling. Get a small snack! But nothing sugary before bed, we donāt want you up all night. Maybe some yogurt, or crackers..even a little toast or fruit is okay. Be careful preparing this snack though! Let your cg or stuffie supervise you!
š Once your snack is alll done, itās time to brush your teeth! You can sing a little song in your head and dance around to pass the time~
š Go potty, make your bed, and then say Goodnight to all your stuffies! Donāt let any of them feel left out, now. Give some of them Goodnight hugs and kisses!
š Youāre all ready for bed, baby!! Good job!! Iām so proud of you. Now close your eyes, and start counting as many sheep as you can...until...you fall ... into dreamworld...
If anyone is struggling to get to sleep, this cg is always awake in the night and completely comfortable talking to you to help you get calm enough to go to bed, or comfort you to sleep. Platonically and sfw only, of course. So respect my boundaries, as well. Sleep tight, small ones.
