I've been working on this scene for a moment now, here's the first Kamek scene from the Super Mario Bros. Replay collab !

I've always wanted to do one of those collab thing, so here it is ! It was harder than I thought to truly go back on my animation roots, i had to relearn one thing or two (And the final product is slightly slower because of the lip synch)

BUT I'm glad of the final render here !

Kamek truly was fun to animate (And the Koopas were a real pain to animate together BUT they look nice !)

Anyway, here it is, and it was fun to work on ^^ !

Now that I finally relearn the animation, MAYBE you'll see more of this kind of stuff later on ? Probably as Gif or storyboard but... you know, this is a BIG maybe ?

Some concept art for the Mario Replay Scene !

I had a blast on Kamek's design, I kinda wanted to make him more bouncy, and even thought at one point that he should use his stick as a micro, but the idea didn't left the concept.

Same for the koopas, i wanted to add severals type, but... yeah, I trouble reanimate I guess :' )...
