Iron Bay Forge

I haven't posted on here in a while, but I'm still working in the forge.  Mainly finishing some commissions right now in preparation for Christmas, but there are a few items still available in my Etsy shop!

Also listed some rustic door hooks and a hasp, simple and functional.

A zoomorphic penannular brooch with two dragon heads.

A set of ember tongs with a built in fire steel, based on an 18th century original.  Used to light a fire and pick up an ember to light your pipe. 

Four new items available in my Etsy shop!  A reproduction 18th century fire steel, a Viking-era ring pin, a twisted penannular brooch, and a bottle opener.

Hand-forged scissors made on commission.  Forged from 1/2" round coil spring, and the temper colors left on.  Based on an excavated medieval pair.  They cut well, too.
