his eyes narrowed as he pointed an accusatory finger.

«My apologies for offending you.»  Dib puts on a smile that doesn’t seem forced as he gives a partial bow to the laughing Irken.  He answers in smooth and lilting Irken Language as easy as any native speaker might.  «May I ask what my color is?»

          ❝ [ ...you speak fluent irken now? ] ❞

zim’s antennae straightened a little as he cocked his head.

      ❝ look at 𝕪𝕠𝕦! [ silver isn't really your color. ] ❞

the tiny irken just stared and laughed, holding his gut all along. the snide remark in irken came as an afterthought as he wiped a tear from his buggy eye.
