         HANDS UPON HER HIPS, daffodil gazes down upon her beloved friend, hands knuckle deep in soft soil -- glittering beneath the shinning sun. oh, how she wished she could glow as whisper did. she was BEAUTIFUL, just like this. like she, herself, a single drop from the sun’s golden ray. tender gaze follows as she stands, earthy green hues echoing every thought, admiration ringing true.    ‘  i’m always in the mood for grub !!  ’    covered arms, far too paled to be kissed by the heat, throw themselves about the other, chin resting upon her shoulder, wide amber greens admiring dirt dusted kiss.    ‘  i can try one of those recipes i found! let’s see -- there’s lentil soup,quinoa chili, oh!! that cool pasta with the eggplant ‘meat’balls?  ’

pale fingers reach for the other’s hands, carefully closing the compact ‘til a gentle click was heard.    ‘  oh, no, no, no -- not like that. here! i’ll show you!  ’    and in an instant (and with the grace of a DANCER) daffodil spins around, determined to find the perfect place. fingers carefully wrap about the woman’s hand -- a light hold should the other wish to pull away. free hand points dramatically so to a white of a store’s front, the PERFECT place to test the woman’s vision.    ‘   to that wall!  ’

             SHE’S CAREFUL as she leans over the stranger’s shoulder, softly resting porcelain cup upon it’s matching plate, ruby lips curled in a smile -- as bright as her clothes -- as bright as the that glint in her eye, SCREAMING with joy.    ‘  i hope you don’t mind,  ’    she starts, silver head tilting, mossy green hues peeking into the other’s features.    ‘  lavender tea. it’s meant to calm your nerves, you --- well, i hope this doesn’t sound rude, but you looked a little worried!  ’ // @hunterheartcd  ♡’d

                      PETITE FORM RUSHES FORWARD, each step quiet and quick, like the cats that danced about her feet -- well, at home of course. not at her work. how STRANGE would that be? and daffodil was already considered a strange girl. who else would wear such BOLD colors? bright green floral dress, pink and fuzzy sweater draped about her shoulders, lithe legs dressed in white lace -- ivory like her skin.    ‘  oh, oh -- oh noo.  ’    she whines, hands struggling to find their place to rest, upon his shoulder maybe? no -- wrapped about his torso? oh, gods no -- that’s too much. oh, but he was dripping wet -- the winter’s frigid rain had found another victim it seemed. he TREMBLED and ached -- that much daffodil could tell, and tender heart couldn’t stand the sight. thin arm wraps about his form, tugging the shivering elder close to her side.    ‘  careful now, okay? we don’t want you to trip.  ’    her voice an angelic bell, sweet and ringing with KINDNESS.       ‘  let’s get you warmed up. do you like hot chocolate?  ’  // @wornfather  ♡’d

so, warning !! don’t fall asleep in front of daffodil, and be very wary of her teas and brews !!! 

her head tilts, ivory locks gliding down the curve of her cheek, plushed pink lips parting in awe.    ‘  have you never seen an aura before?  ’   it was hard for her to comprehend, having lived her youth in all that was magical. NANA was so careful to add a little sparkle to her childhood. lips purse, a frown touching her brow as she thinks, mind searching for the perfect words.    ‘  it’s like -- these nice glittering colors that stick to you and follow you around. like a shadow! but...made of rainbows? does that make sense?  ’

          ‘ OH! now that’s lovely. sorry !! i know, look at me the small weirdo,  ’    hands wave in the air, as if to shoo away the thoughts the other might have -- daffodil was smart in that sense, to wave away negative thoughts with her own acceptance.    ‘  i just --- your aura. it’s very eye catching!  that’s a good thing, you know!  ’
